Where: Black Burrow and Split Paw, located on the hills close by the city of Qeynos
Who: Both locations spawn a large quantity of Gnolls which can be killed for a positive faction standing improvement

Where: Toxxulia Forest, the forest next to the town of Erudin
Who: Every once in a while you can find Poachers roaming the forest.  If you are an Erudite, you are probably familiar with these thieves as they attack you on sight and have probably killed you a couple of times.  Killing them will not only improve your faction standing with the guards of Qeynos, but also with the residents of Karana and the guards of Highpass Hold

Where: Black Burrow, on the hills close by the city of Qeynos
Who: As mentioned before, killing Gnolls will improve your faction standing in Qeynos.  In addition, you will often loot gnoll teeth after killing the gnolls.  Keep those and give them, 4 at a time, to the Captain of the Qeynos Guard in the Arena, on the second floor.  You will get a positive faction adjustment and a moonstone.  If you wish, you can give the moonstones to a bartender in the Fish Ale for a stout per moonstone.  No faction there though but the stouts are worth a little more than the moonstones.
