Youth Enhancement Employment Skills
YEES is a locally owned and operated business that offers the highest quality food catering and business publishing services at prices lower than our competitors.
YEES, which stands for Youth Enhancing Employment Skills, is a partnership between the Simpson High School FBLA and FHA organizations. The business was started in August of 1998 in an effort to help offset the substantial expenses of competing at state and national conferences, as well as to enable students to gain necessary employment skills.
