Returns are Easy at AnimeDebo!

Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may return

• any book in its original condition
• any unopened  DVD, or VHS tape
• any other merchandise item in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories

for a full refund.
 

Our returns center cannot process exchanges. If the item is a gift, we can issue a check refund to the gift recipient at the same address to which the order was shipped. If the item is not a gift, we will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send the package to the following address:
