 industry and integrity to be responsible leaders of the community;

	To inculcate the love of inquiry, lifelong learning and search for truth;

	To provide an internal envirionment conductive to the development of capabilities or
 responsive services;

	To offer programs and projects that create opportunities to meet the needs of the
 community;

	To maintain a strong linkage with the University's constituences.
