The words in the brackets "[ ]" is how many days it takes to make after purchasing. Items that add stats to your PL and HP in battle can only be equipped one at a time. * means you have to build with a trainer to attain the item.
Battle Jacket: A jacket created by Dr. Gero. This jacket greatly increases one's strength. Adds 4% to Pl when battling. $1100 [2 days]
Beam Gun: Freeza's minions posses these guns. A normal, weak fighter, can use these guns to shoot KI blasts, but these blasts are exceedingly weak. Usually used when Ki has depleted, these guns fire a 100 Pl attack. Does not run out of power. $500 [2 Days]
Capsule Club: Made by Capsule Corp., it prevents people from stealing any of your money when you die or items. After it is used, it is discarded.$4000 [2 days]
Capsule Spaceship: It is a large spaceship, and the engine was taken from Nappa's old space pod. Able to hold 3 people. 4 Days to travel from planet to planet. The gravity room can be used in this ship. $20,000 [6 days]
Capsule Sword: The capsule sword is a curved samurai sword. Adds 5% to Ki and Hp. $150 [1 days]
Denshi Jar: This is the container used to seal Piccolo away in Dragon Ball. There are two different versions. One is a jar and the other is a container (much like a milk bottle). They have magical powers to suck in other beings, when the correct attack is used(Mafuubaa). To capture an opponent, opponents damagable stats can't be higher then 500, and the opponent is set whenever an allie of some sort defeats the one who holds this item. One jar can hold 2 people. $6,000 [10 Days; Must know Mafuubaa to use]
Dragon Radar: The Dragon Radar can be used to find the location of the seven Dragon Balls. It has a single button on top, which is what is used to to turn it on and off. $10,000 [3 days]
Evil Sword: This was the sword Janemba used to fight SSJ 3 Goku in movie #12. He pulls it out of his parallel universe and with deadly accuracy slices his opponent.Deals 30% damage in battles. Can be made by Janemba and sold in 3 days. $3000 [3 Days]
Flying Nimbus: Travels to different locations of Earth in 2 days. Can hold 2 people. $5,000 [3 days]
Gravity Room: The gravity room can achieve up to some infinate amount of Earth's normal gravity.

Medical Machine (Healing Tank): This is used by beaten warriors to heal, and regain their strength. One stays in a liquid, enclosed in a capsule, with a breathing tube attached to one's mouth, and two patches at the temples. This device allows one of heal much faster than normal. Fully heals a person in 1 day. $2050 [4 days]
Medical Stretcher: The stretcher is really more of a bed. It has cushioning around the sides, and allows only the victims' head to show (the rest is underneat a cover). It has an IV feed, and a control panel in the front. Fully Heals a person in 3 days. $600 [2 days]
Meditation Room: The meditation room was used by Dabura to acheive maximum focus on a task, such as fighting. Adds 100 to all stats when meditating, and if you use this item right before a battle, it adds 5% stats to your currents stats, but ONLY IN BATTLE. $2500 [7 Days]
Namekian Spaceship: It has four legs and three windsheilds. This ship is extremely fast. Able to carry 5 people. 3 Days to travel from planet to planet. $16,000 [5 days]
ND Halo: Allows the user to teleport back and forth to the Next Dimension instantly. $7000 [7 days]
Nyoibo: The Nyoibo is Goku's extending staff. When Goku commands his staff, it can extend to virtually any length. Deals 25% damage. $150 [1 day]
Oolong's House Wagon: Oolong's house wagon is a giant RV. Two stories high, complete with beds, stairs, and the works. Holds 4 people and can heal them in 2 days. $1570 [3 days]
* Potara Earings: When two people wear a pair of these earings (each person puts an earing on one ear), the two will fuse into a super-powerful combination of each other. Both people fusing must have this. Keep in mind, once the fusion of the earings is done, it cannot be undone unless otherwise asked by the Eternal Dragon, killed, and/or absorbed. $200,000 [8 days]
Scouter: The scouter is a device worn on one's ear. It has a glass projection piece which displays various information. Used to find dragon balls. Can find one Namek or Earth Dragon Ball in 2 days. Also able to stop sneak attacks. $13000 [3 days]
Sensu Beans: The sensu beans are little jellybean-sized beans which one eats. Eating a single sensu bean is equivalent to eating ten days worth of food. Restores all stats by 50%. $350 [2 days for 5 beans]
Sensu Bag: Able to hold up to 10 sensu beans instead of the normal 10 without one. $500 [1 day]
Space Pod: Standard item for space traveling. 3 days to travel from planet to planet. $400 [2 days]
Super God Water (Choushinsui): The Super God Water is a dangerous drink. Beware, if you do not have stats of atleast 5,000, you will die if you drink it. If you do have more than 5,000 in all stats, it will increase your stats by 10,000. $500000 [15 days] Limit of 2 taken in the game in Game, if you drink more than 2, you will die.
Super Holy Water (Chouseisui): The Super Holy Water has the power to cleanse people of evil (possession, in particular). If someone possessed is splashed with Super Holy Water, they will return to their normal self. Instantly revives you of anything, including lost limbs or low stats. $700000 [3 days]
Saiyin Armor: Able to reduce all attacks in a battle by 7%. After battle armor must be repaired. $2000 [5 Days]
Saiyin Armor Repair: Repairs Saiyin armor. $500 [1 Day]
Saiyan Space Ship: Comes with a Moon Projector. Travels to planets in 2 days. $25,000 [9 days]
Tapion's Holy Sword: The sword that Future Trunks is always carrying with him is Tapion's sword. It is giving to Trunks by Tapion, a hero who almost sacrifices himself to save the world from a demon. Deals 45% damage when used. Only Tapion and Minoshia can start off with it. Can be made by Tapion and Minoshia in 3 days and sold. $40,000 [7 days]
Tree of Might Seeds: These seeds create a tree that suck the life away from the planet in 5 days. After the tree is done the tree will create 5 berries that will add 15,000 to your stats when you eat them. When you plant the seeds you must protect the tree. The tree's life is 5000/5000 HP. $80,000 [5 Days to build; 5 Days for planet to be drained]
Weighted Clothing: Both Goku and Piccolo wear weighted clothing under normal circumstances, in order to increase their strength. After taking off their clothing, their power levels jump dramatically, and they become far faster and more agile. Adds 500 to all stats each day of training. You may buy more than one to increase your training stats. $1250 [3 day]
Weights: Like the wrist and ankle weights Goku wore in the heavens, training for the upcoming Martial Arts tournament on Earth, these weights are weighted by the energy inside, and can reach some infinate amount of weight. Adds 150 to all stats for each day of training. You can buy mutilplies increasing your stat increase. $1500 [4 Days]
Z Sword: The Z Sword is the sword given to Gohan when he gets the Kaioshin powerup. It is extremely heavy, so heavy in fact, that no Kaioshin can lift it. Only Gohan may start off with it. Can be made by Gohan in 4 days and sold. Increases Pl and Hp by 7% and dealing 80% damage. $2500 [7 days]
