Abilities: Kai Kai- The ability to teleport anywhere in the universe without feeling for Ki, unlike Goku's Instant Translocation.
Kanashibari no Jytsu- Freezes a person by using psychic powers. However,if the user is distracted, the will lose control of their victim.
Ki Aigan An Kai- An ki wave shot by looking at someone/something. Gives 'Death Glare' a new meaning, don't you think?
Bushitsu Shyutsu Gen Majyutsu- Kaioshin can make any item he wants materialize out of thin air.
He can also read minds.
Description- East Kaioshin is the only remaining kaioshin. He is smart,reserved,kind, caring,patient,and pure of heart. He wears a dark blue, vest-like jacket,an orange sash,a light turquoise colored shirt with puffy shoulders,turquoise pants and red boots. Kaioshin is the highest guardian in the universe, though he doesn't even come close to the likes of Gohan,Vegeta or Goku in strength.His power level is somewhere around 250,000,000 and he is a skilled fighter who prefers strategy to pure strength. Kaioshin watches over the universe from his planet, Kaioshin-Kai, in the company of his friend and bodyguard, Kibito.
History: Centuries ago,An evil wizard, Bibidi, created a horrible monster named Buu. Buu was very powerful, and destroyed planets and wiped entire galaxies out of existance.
At this time, there were 5 Kaioshins, North, West,South and East Kaioshin ( Yes, this is the East Kaioshin we all know and love), each who was responsible for one quardrant of the universe. Then there was Dai Kaioshin, who watched over all the Kaioshins and the entire universe. East Kaioshin was the youngest (Though I supose that's not saying much ^_^), West Kaioshin was the only female Kaioshin, North Kaioshin loved to fish, South Kaioshin was the tallest and the strongest and Dai Kaioshin was heavy-set and had a heart of gold.
Bibidi wanted the Kaioshins out of the way, so he brought Buu to Kaioshin Kai. The Kaioshins fought him, but were no match for Buu. Buu destroyed West and North Kaioshin and absorbed South Kaioshin. East was next. After absorbing South, Buu had changed his form and became even more powerful, so it didn't take much to bring East Kaioshin down. Just as Buu was going to kill the wounded kaioshin with an energy blast, Dai Kaioshin stepped in the way and deflected it. Afterwards, Buu absorbed Dai Kaioshin and became Fat Buu. However, both Bibidi and Buu left Kaioshin Kai after this, so although he was badly hurt, East Kaioshin survived.
Some time later, Kaioshin and Kibito caught up with Bibidi when he sealed Buu up in his shell and sent it to Earth. Kaioshin killed Bibidi, but decided not to destroy the ball containing Buu, as the risk of his shell rupturing and Buu being released was too great. So they left the ball buried deep within the Earth and return to Kaioshin Kai.
Many years later, Kaioshin learned that Bibidi had a son, who was trying to fulfill his fathers dark ambitions and release Majin Buu once more. So Kaioshin and Kibito journeyed to Earth. They found that the ball which Buu had been sealed in had been moved. Opening Buu's shell would require a huge amount of pure energy, so Babidi had sent 2 henchmen to the World Martial Arts Tournement, figuring it to be the easiest place to gather such a large amount of energy in a short time. So, knowing Kaioshin and Kibito decided to enter as well.
