Summary: Following the main story up until the part where Syaoran was ‘supposed’ to tell Sakura how he feels. Now Sakura figures out that she loves him and races to the airport to find him. But she was too late and his plane has already left. Now Sakura is willing to do anything and everything to get to Hong Kong and confess her love to Syaoran… Chapter One: When Cherry Blossoms Cry Sakura raced through the empty streets towards the airport. Sakura had been up all night thinking and finally she came to a conclusion, she was in love with Syaoran. It was 10:52 and his flight left at 11:00. Finally, Sakura saw the airport up ahead. As she got to the building, she burst through the doors and started towards the boarding area. She then heard a voice say over the loud speaker, “Flight 210 to Hong Kong Japan is now leaving. Repeat, flight 210 to Hong Kong is now leaving.” Sakura rushed to the sign that said 210, but she was too late. As she reached it, she saw a plane taking off outside the window. She was too late to tell Syaoran the truth. “Sakura!” Mr. Kinomoto yelled up the stairs. “Tomoyo is here!” Then he turned and talked normally to Tomoyo, “You can go up to her room.” “Hey Sakura.” Tomoyo said as she walked through the door. “Are you okay?” “No!” Sakura answered. Her face was stained with tears and she was shaking with sobs. Tomoyo walked over to Sakura and put a comforting arm around her. “Don’t worry,” Tomoyo said. “He’ll be back.” “I hope so,” Sakura said, burying her face into her best friend’s shoulder. “I really hope so.” “Now come on Sakura.” Tomoyo said, changing the subject in hopes to make her feel better. “Naoko, Chiharu, Rika and Yamazaki are waiting for us at the King Penguin Park.” |
