“And she rode off into the sunset with the prince. They lived happily ever after.” Queen Selenity had just finished reading Chibi Usa’s favorite bedtime story.

“Mom, will I find my prince charming?”

“One day, when you’re older.”

“How did you meet Daddy?”

“Well, I was at my sweet sixteen ball, and I met your father there. From then on, we have loved each other.”

“I hope I’ll find my prince charming like you did, Mom.”

“You will. I promise. Now go to bed.”

“Good night, Mom.”

“Good night, Chibi Usa.”

From that night, Chibi Usa has dreamed of finding her prince charming. After 8 years, she’s still looking for prince charming. Soon, everything changes for her on her 16th birthday. Her mother, Queen Selenity throws her a big birthday ball. Everybody in the universe was invited to the big bash. Queen Serenity sent invitations to everyone. A very good friend of Endymion’s was also coming. His name was Helios. He loved going to balls. He liked to talk to people and hear about the beautiful dreams they have. On that night, Chibi Usa was looking for someone to dance with. Soon, she saw Helios. His light blue and white coat, his flowing light bluish/white hair. She decided not to ask him. She was about to turn around and run away, but she reconsidered and decided to ask him to dance. She slowly approached Helios. She lightly tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around. The first thing Chibi Usa noticed were his eyes. They were so beautiful. She almost went speechless.

“Oh. Um...I was wondering if you would like to dance.” Chibi Usa tried not to look stupid. “Oh, nevermind. I probably sound stupid. Sorry to bother you.”

“No. I’d love to share a dance with you.” He took Chibi Usa’s hand and escorted her to the dance floor. When they danced, she felt as light as a feather. Helios had a sensation running through him like never before. He realized that she had very pure and beautiful dreams. They stared into each other’s eyes, and they felt as if they were the only people on the dance floor. When the music stopped, the kept on dancing. Soon, they realized that everyone had stopped dancing and were staring at them. They let go of each other and went their separate ways. Soon, they met again at the family garden. They introduced each other.

“I’m Helios, gaurdian of Earth and all beautiful dreams, and I can see that you have very beautiful dreams!” He took her hand and gently kissed it. Chibi Usa blushed, trying not to look at him so he wouldn’t see her. She stopped blushing and looked at him. Again, his beautiful eyes struck her.

“I’m Chibi Usa, princess of the moon. Delighted to meet you.” she said, curtsying. They started to talk to each other. Soon, the ball was over. Before Helios left, he plucked a rose out of the flower garden. He gave the red rose to Chibi Usa.

“It was a pleasure meeting you, Princess Chibi Usa.” He kissed her hand again. He gave her a smile.

“It was a pleasure meeting you too.” Chibi Usa smiled at him and curtsied.

“Chibi Usa. What are you doing still out here? It’s getting chilly. You should come inside.”

“Mother. What’s this feeling I have?”

“Well, what happened?”

“I met a very sweet gentleman named Helios.”

“Oh.”

“Did someone say, ‘Helios?’” Endymion walked towards the two girls he loved most.

“Yes. She was just telling me that she met a very sweet gentleman named Helios. Go ahead, honey.”

“He was so sweet to me. No one has ever been so nice to me like that before.”

“He must be very nice.” Endymion said, smiling.

“No, Dad. He’s more than nice. He’s like...he’s like my prince charming.” Chibi Usa blushed a little, turning away so that her mom and dad wouldn’t notice. Selenity and Endymion gave each other a glance. They started to wonder what she was talking about.

“So, what do you think you’re feeling?” Selenity asked, curious to find out.

“Mom. Dad. I think I’m in love!!” Selenity and Endymion exchanged glances.

“Here we go again!!” the two said simultaneously.
