 Teddy Bear gets very close to the original manga style and writes some of the most touching and thoughtful stories. Shinichi and Ran are usually the focus of all the stories.

Aitai

This is a strange one, the artwork is gorgeous as usual, but I have to confess to being a bit stumped by a lot of what's being said! It seems to be a psychological piece, focusing mainly on Conan/Shinichi's thoughts & fears - especially about Ran and who he is to her, both as Conan and Shinichi. The ending is very, very sweet - Shinichi, Ai and Heiji stand watching a burning building (the implication is that they've defeated the Black Org.) and Ran comes up to them. Shinichi turns, smiles and says "I'm home, Ran."

Kareshi Kanojo no Shijou

Cute, very cute! This story is derived from one in 'Kare Kano (His and Her Circumstrances)', even the cover is similar to one of the manga covers! Shinichi and Ran are at school at the end of the day and it's raining. Apparently neither has an umbrella, so they're stuck there. One thing leads to another and they share their first kiss (after a couple of mishaps!). It turns out that Shinichi had his umbrella all along, but was hoping to share Ran's! Heiji and Kazuha show up briefly in the epilogue story.
