The beginning of ZIRA, by Zira00@aol.com Long ago, when Vegeta was still a servent to Frieza, his sister, whom he believed to be dead, was being held on a seperate ship. Keiko, which was her name, was lonely and needed a friend. She turned to a white furry warrior named Zionax. Zionax was one of Friezas right hands, as were Zarbon and Dodoria. Over time, what started out as friendship between the two, became something more. Keiko ended up pregnant with a child, but before it was ever born, Zionax was killed in a huge explosion on one of the planets he had been sent to take over. Kieko gave birth to a daughter who was half saiyan, and half Cattrilian. This strange hybrid creature had a white tail, and Kieko named her Zira, as her father had stated he would have liked to call her, before he died. Knowing, however, without Zionax to help her protect her child, Frieza would probably take her child. Kieko hid Zira from all others for nearly a year. Finaly, the risk of losing her baby to Friezas twisted madness became to great, and so Keiko, though it hurt her more than anything, sent Zira in a small space pod, out into the void, hoping that someone would find her and take care of her. Zira landed on a small planet inhabited by one strange wizard. This wizard practiced dark magic and sought to one day rule the universe. He knew of a spell, that when performed would combine his physical form with that of one other, thus making him unstopable. But his vessle needed to have a pure heart. He found Zira and raised her as his own daughter till she was 11 years old. He pretended to be kind and caring, so as to make sure she would have a pure heart. But one day, Zira found the wizards journal, which had all his wicked plans in it. She read it, and got caught. He locked her in a cage and told her that she would stay there, until she were older and strong enough to merge with him and create the ultimate warrior, a blend of magic and stregnth. He did not count on Zira's already incredible stregnth. That night, while he slept, she bent the bars of the cage and snuck out of his house. Finding the old space pod she landed on his planet in, she managed to activate it and, by pressing random buttons, accidentaly set a course for Earth. Years later, all of her life until she landed on Earth seemed like a dream. Zira finished raising herself, living alone in the wilderness. Then, one day she happened upon a strange warrior who was training in the woods. She stopped and began watching him. The warrior sensed her presance and vanished suddenly, or so she thought, when he had really moved so quickly around behind her, that she hadnt seen him move. He snuck up on her, and got a fist in the face for it. After getting up, he introduced himself as Trunks. The two started talking. Trunks mentioned the strange warrior who had attacked him a few days ago, as the reason he was training was to take him on. When Zira asked what he looked like, Trunks told her about the M on his forehead. Though she said nothing to Trunks, she remembered that the wizard who had raised her also had an M tattood on his forehead. She decided she would stay with Trunks, if only for awhile, to find out who this warrior might be, and if he was indeed the same wizard whom she had grown up with. .
