G-Gundam on Network!

Well thats right this week was the premiere of G-Gundam on the Cartoon Network. G-Gundam is one of those Gundam shows set in the parrale universe to the UC timeline. For more information on G-Gundam go to the G-Gundam section of Anime Explosion.

Macross Zero release date delayed to December!

Well as some of you may already now the newest installment of Macross has been pushed back from an October 21st release date in Japan till December 21. The delay apparently was blame on production issues. Macross Zero is set to be a Five part Ova series, very little information is known about this series. Rumor has it that the show may take place during the period before the Macross was rebuilt meaning that we may see the adventures of Roy Folker. Another rumor circulating is that it will be a totally new story.

Inu Yasha airing on Adult Swim!

Well the rumor going around was that Inu Yasha was infact coming to Adult Swim, well this rumor I heard on a message board, after looking up it up on the Anime News Network it has now officially been confirmed now that Inu Yasha will be airing on Adult Swim starting on August 31st.

Zoids Chaotic Century!

Well as you probably all know by now Zoids Chaotic Century is in fact airing on the Cartoon Network's Toonami at 4:30pm Eastern Standard time. Zoids Chaotic Century is a combination of the First and Second Zoid series, that take place before the events of Zoids Zero aka the Zoid show with Bit Cloud.

Big Apple Anime Fest Convention!

For those of you who happen to live in the New York area or are going to be in the area. The Big Apple Anime Fest will be here in the City from August 31-September 2. The anime fest will be your normal convention with one exception. This will mark the World Premeire of the Cowboy Bebop the Movie in its english dub format. It will be playing in the Lowes State Theatre only on August 31. Tickets for the Movie theatre will be $10, I suggest buying yours in advance if you can since they will be selling out. On a side note I will be going to the movie premiere so if your interested in saying hello look for me at the Movie premiere. Also for the convention itself the price is $25 for a one day pass, and $50 for the three day pass. You must go to the official site in order to get your tickets in advance which is suggested.

Sailor Moon X?

Still the rumor is that Sailor Moon X at least the idea of it is infact being toyed with. Rumor is that the creator of the show wants to work on a new series, and this would coincide with Sailor Moon's 10 Anniversary. I'll keep you posted on this.

Well at least here in NYC Virgin has a 20% off sale on certain Anime Titles, such as Vampire Princess Miyu, Arimatage III Dual Matrix, Metropolis, Robotech, and Devil Hunter Yoko. There are a couple of other anime titles up for sale so check out your local Virgin store before its too late!
