Aya stopped the coughing, but her face was sweating. She looked at both Dreammon and Starmon in relief, as her vision went back to normal.

"Starmon... Dreammon... th-thank you..."

Takashi sighed, out of relief that Aya was fine. Turning to Starmon and ignoring Dreammon, he thanked the female digimon. To release the nervous air that was BOUND to appear, he headed towards the entrance of the room, hoping that maybe he could disappear.

Aya looked in Takashi's direction, getting rid of the sad expression on her face. She held back the tears, and sighed, murmuring to herself, "I wish... I could...I could... DIE... I don't think I can take the pain anymore... it hurts... too much..."

Dreammon, with a worried look at Aya, placed his hand on her shoulder and concentrated as hard as he could. The gem on his hand flashed, and he winced at the amount of energy he had to use.

"There. You shouldn't be in pain anymore." He said, trying to keep from collapsing, putting on a brave face for Aya. Anything for a cute girl! Starmon rolled her eyes.

Kae was tapping her foot impatiently.

"Well? Are we ready to go, or what?"

Takashi was already anxious to go. After the little "show" he had half started, he didn't want anymore attention brought t him. Scowling at everyone, he tapped his foot as Kae did. "For once, I'm with her. Can we just LEAVE?" He asked, his voice cold.

Aya looked at Kae and nodded, "Yes... let's go, Kae. Sorry to slow us down." She smiled at Dreammon, "You're so kind... thank you."

"Yeah, we have to continue our journey to...that place we're going...Run the wind!" said Seto. Auroramon sighed, "At least I can be a companion."

"Well, thanks both of you," Eros said to Starmon and Dreammon. He reached for Starmon's head and gave a small kiss on both of her cheeks.

"Muah Muah!" he then headed for Dreammon, but just gave him a small handshake. "So, where are we off to now?"

Tova smiled at Star- and Dreammon. "Thanks for the clothes. And for taking us out of the bubbles." Psychemon grunted, turning his tail. He was not happy with the other two Digimon.

Kae beamed.

"Alrightie, then! Dreammon, lead the way to infinity mountain!" She proclaimed, Isamon by her side.

Dreammon grinned, waved a good-bye to his sister, and turned, leading the Digidestined to Infinity Mountain. As they left Dreamland, Starmon called out to them.

"Come back alive, 'Ream onii-chan! All of you, come back alive!"

Aya smiled, and waved back to Starmon, "Ja ne, Starmon! We'll see ya soon!!!"

Tamagomon followed, after just saying a "bye". Those Digimon irritated him. As stupid as those humans.

Takashi snarled as he saw Dreammon follow the group out. For some unknown reason, he hadn't taken the digimon into the group with open arms. He shook his head, he HAD to get rid of all this weird behavior. Hanging the bag on his right shoulder, he walked along with the group.

Ishimon sighed. This digimon's mind had been blown out of proportion today. All sorts of crazy things being done. . . ANYBODY would have freaked. An example would probably be Takashi but he wasn't about to say that out loud. He didn't want to get hurt.

Aya meanwhile stood close to Dreammon, practically gripping herself on his arm. She didn't pay any attention to Takashi, and she just walked along.

Tamagomon followed wordlessly. This girl was so weird... She gave Takashi up for that PATHETICDigimon! Even he was better than him! He wondered what was going through her head while Takashi and her had talked a while ago.

Needless to say, Dreammon was a very happy Digimon at that point in time. As he walked, a thought popped into his head.

"Hey, cutie, you know what? 'Dreammon' takes too long to say, and sounds rather girly... I need a better name. Care to help me think of one?" He turned to face her, a flirtacious, cocky grin on his face.

Aya looked at Dreammon and blinked. "I'm not that good with nicknames..." said Aya, smiling flirtaciously back at him, "But I will try." She started to think, and got the first thing that popped into her head, "Ream-kun... maybe? I had a friend named Ream once... And you're as nice as he is if not nicer!"

'Shouldn't say that Ream was my ex-BOYFRIEND...' she thought.

Takashi was practically livid. He couldn't TAKE HIS EYES off of the flirting! And still he just had NO idea why.

Ishimon sweatdropped. He could see steam forming in Takashi's ears and his face turning bright red. 'Aya sure was right. . . This boy IS quite stupid.' Shrugging he walked alongside his partner. He wasn't about to say that to his face. Like before, he didn't want to get hurt by Takashi's . . . Denials.

Seto started noticing his backpack was starting to feel like less weight on him. 'Hmm...my back is getting stronger,' he thought.

Auroramon shouted from behind him, "Hey Seto, you're leaving a trail of hot sauce packets, you know?"

"Aww, snap!"

Eros watched the drama between Aya and Dreammon, then noticed Takashi, thinking deeply.

"Hey Lucemon?"

"Ja?"

"Look over there, I think it is a love triangle!"

"Are you sure it is only a triangle? Like Aya says, boys fall for her all the time, and vice versa. Any day now, the triangle will become icosagon!"

Takashi sighed as he looked around. For some reason, he kept thinking someone was LOOKING at him. That was when he noticed Eros talking to his digimon and seemingly referring to the "existing relationship" which Aya and him just had. Deciding to clear up all the confusion, he went up to Eros and blantly said. "Me and Aya aren't going to have any TRIANGLE with anyone because I have absolutely NO feelings for her." He seemed to proclaim this without thinking who might hear.

Ishimon flinched. Right. That wasn't the smartest thing to say with what had just happened the past few hours with the kiss and the fights and well. . . pretty much all they had done the whole time they were here. Hey, Ishimon MAY be just a digimon but he wasn't completely oblivious like some people. *coughTakashicough* The dog digimon smirked at the thoughts.

Juuso walked a bit out of the group. The memories from his sister couldn't go away..

"Leave my head.. LET ME LIVE MY LIFE!" shouted Juuso loudly and then remembered the other members of the group. He sighed and walked back to the others..

Dreammon thought for a moment, then grinned at Aya.

"Ream is a very good nickname. Thank you." He purred. Without Starmon around to thwack him, he was determined to get a girlfriend, preferably Aya.

Kae turned towards Juuso and cocked her head worriedly. Slowing down so she was walking by him, she (reached up and) placed a hand on his shoulder.

"You okay?" She asked, concerned. Of the Digidestined, Juuso was definitely one she called a friend. Isamon fell back as well, and gave a friendly grin to Wormmon.

Tova, who was at the back of the group, noticed Juuso's outbreak. She ran up to him, sans Psychemon (who decided there was no point to running so early in the morning). Other than Hanny and Psychemon, Tova definitely liked Juuso best.

"Is there something wrong, Juuso?" she asked quietly. "Is it with..." She let the sentence trail, not wanting to say something about Juuso's sister in case he didn't want to talk about it with everyone.

"I just can't get my sister out of my head. It's hard to concentrate on anything..." said Juuso in a sad mood.

"If she just hadn't have to die.." sighed Juuso. He took the lucky wooden reindeer out again. He sat down to a rock and stared at the reindeer.

Kae didn't know what to say to that. She'd never had a sister, but she had all her big brothers, and she'd never want to lose them. Finally, she said what her mother had told Curtis and Korbalt when their friend had died.

"Don't be sad. She wouldn't want you to be. And she'll always be with you, no matter what." Kae said, trying her very best to sound comforting.

"I'll try.. Somehow" said Juuso and putted the reindeer back to the pocket. He started walking yet again...

Aya smiled back at Dreammon, "Alright. Ream it is! Ream-kun~!" She glomped on Dreammon's arm, "Heh."

"I wish I could miss my family...," said Seto

Auroramon looked at him, puzzled, "What do you mean?"

Seto looked down, "Just...didn't know them long enough to. Not my parents or step parents...just Rojer."

"That your dog?"

"No."

"Kay"

Aya stared at Kae, and all the people who had talked about their families, "I really miss my mom and dad... Mom... world-famous actress, Kyoko Onagure, and my dad, Alessandro Pettegrini, travelling around spreading the Italianishness! And my MANY brothers and sisters of course... let's see... 22-year-old Kyosuke... 18 year old twins, Clarente and Enrico... 13-year-old sister, Kukima... 5-year-old Sayoko... 2 year old Bianca... Ehmm... and some others I can't remember at the moment." She sweatdropped, "It's strange to forget your family members..."

Ream (as he will now be called because it is easier to write) practically preened at the "-kun," and if that didn't make him conceited, the glomping of the arm did.

"Thanks, Aya-chan!" He grinned at her, full of charm.

Kae, seeing the two, wrinkled her nose, and gagged. Then, feeling like being evil to Takashi, she called out to him.

"Hey, how come you're letting Ream do all the nasty stuff? Weren't you further than that with Aya?" She wrinkled her nose again. "Teenagers! They're just... so... ICKY!" Isamon sweatdropped.

Takashi really didn't feel like dealing with Kae. "What happened before has NOTHING to do with feeling. I just did it to shut her up." His cold eyes gazed over the pair but suddenly, he just reverted his view to straight in front of him, wishing that this stupid romance thing would just disappear.

Ishimon was bored. . . Okay so Takashi and Aya's "relationship" may have been crazy but it was quite interesting. They needed more interesting things like that to happen. The dog digimon trudged alongside his partner.

Aya just smiled back at Ream. "Tell me something about yourself," said Aya with a smile.

"I know what you mean, Juuso," Tova said quietly. "Or, at least I sort of do. My...my brother, Ezra, almost died once and sometimes I get so scared that maybe he'll be killed now." Through the last bit, she was lying through her teeth, but Psychemon hadn't seemed to notice, so maybe no one else would, either.

"If he died, the world would be so different...I'd be so scared if he did."

Ream cocked his head, thinking. His tail twitched a little in thought, and his wings furled and unfurled as he considered an answer.

"My sister and I have taken care of Dreamland for longer then I can remember... Time passes really quickly in Digiworld. I think we became Champions about a thousand years or so ago. And in Dreamland, we do our best to make our visitors' dreams come true. Ever since Calumon and Kairimon - my friend and my brother - disappeared, though, our power hasn't been as strong as it once was. That was a few centuries ago, which I think is equivalent to sixteen years, Earth time, and when the first Digidestined were born." He frowned. "I dunno what happened to them, though. We haven't heard anything from or about them since then."

"Well, my family is just...well...there in Rome. My mother, Marianna, is a fashion designer. Aya, of course you know Marianna Milani don't you? Well, my father is an archeologist, spends his days all over Italy, Greece and Cyprus, studying the Roman empire. I miss my parents and my sister too even though she is never around, busy with University. Well...now we just need to finish this little task and we can all go home. But you are ALL getting my phone number!" Eros said. Then turning to Takashi he spoke.

"Then finally, I'll see what I can do between the love triangle. They don't call me Eros for nothing!"

Glaring at Eros, Takashi decided not to join into the conversation. It's not like anybody would CARE about his life and the horrors of perfectionist parents. He shook his head. He REALLY didn't want to think about them. If anything, he'd have to be GLAD that he was in the digiworld AWAY from those parents he had.

"Whatever...it's your love life...if you want to continue a family, you need a woman. Everyone knows that. I'm here to help you find that woman- hence my name, Greek God of love!"

Takashi's eyes flashed at the word family. He shook his head furiously. "I don't want a family. I will NEVER have a family. So you know what? Just BUTT OUT." He scowled at Eros.

Aya stared in the direction of Takashi and Eros, who seemed to be fighting AGAIN... "What is it this time...?" she asked to herself quietly, with a sigh.

"I tried to help but you deal with him, seeing you do a better job at negotiation with him. He's too stubborn! Ugh!" Eros flared walking away. He went farther back to where the others were.

Aya sweatdropped, and coughed, "I've gotten over Takashi. He wasn't that special to begin with anyways." She snubbed to herself and went back to glomping Ream.

Takashi scowled. He heard what Aya said and it hit him STRAIGHT in the heart. . . Er. . Head from his denials that is. He shook his head. Why did he CARE? Of course 'Ream' was a digimon but if Aya wanted to pair herself up with a digimon, he should just let her be. . . Right? So then WHY was he in such pain over that simple little comment?! "Argh!" He couldn't help but shout out loud. It might have made him look stupid but he didn't really care at this point. Walking ahead, he stuffed his hands in his pockets. He sure did have QUITE a lot to think about.

Aya looked back at Takashi and frowned. 'Oh yeah, NOW he cares,' she thought, tightning her fist. 'He didn't care of all those comments he told me, eh?'

Ream was a very happy Digimon. He was going on a fun adventure, being glomped by a pretty girl, and getting away from Starmon's staff. That thing hurt.

Kae listened the the conversation about family.

"You guys are weird." She informed them. "My parents are okay, and I love 'em, but my brothers are the best! There's Carlos and Antonio, my oldest brothers, but they're off at college and I haven't seen 'em for a while. Then there's my next oldest brother, Marcus. He's the best! He calls me "Chibi," though, and I dunno what that means." She paused her ranting briefly to frown in confusion, before rattling on. "And then there's the twins, Korbalt and Curtis, and they tease me sometimes but other than that they're lotsa fun and let me pull pranks on their friends with them. And lastly there's Angelo, he's youngest except for me, and he and I are best friends, we've shared a bedroom for longer than I can remember. I don't have any sisters but that's okay 'cause other girls are usually so girlieish, which is icky. My momma had to feed all seven of us, plus my daddy and herself before Carlos and Antonio went off to college. I miss 'em all. I can't wait to get back home and tell 'em all about the Digiworld!" Kae beamed. Rambling on and on about her family was fun!

Slowly, Eros turned around to look at Kae.

"Where are you from again? Something sounds familiar about all those names..." Eros questioned.

"I miss my family so much," Hannah said, quietly, "There's my parents, of course, and I have a brother and a sister. Andy's older than me, and he can be a real jerk some times. I usually stay out of his way if I can--but now he's not here to look after me, I really miss him. Robyn is my little sister, and she's the sweetest sister in the whole world. If she--if either of them--died, I don't know what I'd do..."

Kae turned to Eros.

"Italy." She said cheerfully. "I come from Italy! My name isn't much of a give-away because I don't like my full name, it's too girlieish, so I go by Kae. My full name's Kaetillani, though." She wrinkled her nose.

"Heh.. I just realized that I haven't told you about the other family members. My mom, Tina is very nice to me and my brother. He makes all of our food. And then there's my dad, Erkki. He works at the local hospital as a doctor.. I think that my brother, Joonas is a LITTLE annoying, but I already miss him too. My other sister's are adults already and one of them lives in Italy." told Juuso.

"I've got my parents, of course," Tova said, "and they are truly boring. My older brother, Ezra, is a computer freak whose life's goal is to hack into the Pentagon and send missiles straight for the White House, preferably during a Republican administration. My other brother, Levi, lives in front of the television and has decided that wearing clothing is a waste of time, which is rather uncomfortable for all of our visitors. I kind of miss them, though. Sometimes. When I ignore the fact that they seem to delight in driving me insane."

Takashi hated all the talk about everyone's family. It's not that he HATED his family. . . It's just that he didn't really have one. Sure he had his parents but. . . Shaking his head, Takashi didn't want to think about it. Family was one of his most hated topics to talk about. Within good reason too. He sighed as he stuffed his hands into his pockets and hoped they'd finish talking soon.

Aya listened in on the conversation, but didn't feel the need to add anything... She kept looked forward, just keeping on the glomping of the Ream.

"Italia?? Oh my God! Kae? Where in Italy are you from? Roma? Napoli? Milano? And you others have relatives living in Italy? When this is over, you are all going to vacation here! Cruise! We can see Greece, Cyprus, the islands! Mediterranean cruise when we finish this digiworld task!"

Kae grinned at Eros.

"I live in Rome." She said proudly. Isamon grinned at his Partner.

Takashi grumbled. Wanting to change the subject, he asked loudly, "How far is this Infinity Mountain?" He didn't really CARE who would answer just that it would change the topic.

Ishimon looked up. Infinity Mountain looked like it was getting closer and closer, which did make sense since they WERE walking towards it. He turned to Takashi. 'Weird. . . He didn't join in the conversation. .' The digimon shrugged. 'Probably doesn't like his family. That's it.' He confirmed to himself.

Ream turned to grin at Takashi, though the Digimon's arm had snaked its way around Aya's shoulders.

"We're only about two miles away now, Takashi!" He said cheerfully, hoping he'd gotten the kid's name right.

'I could walk a thousand miles in my cool new shoes!' thought Seto, looking at Auroramon, "Sleeping again? You better be ready to digivolve when the time comes."

"Oh my God! I also live in Rome!!!" Eros exclaimed. "La Cita Eterna!"

Aya laughed when she felt his hand on her other shoulder. She kind of sweatdropped, knowing how DUMB that trick was, but she just went along with it... Ream was a cool guy anyways. Cooler than that TAKASHI anyways. Well, a part of her thought so, but a part of her still seemed attracted towards him. She hated that! She had her heart set on getting over him!!!

Takashi nodded absentmindedly. At least that ended that. Sighing, he trudged on, seeming to be at the head of the group. With a shrug, he just walked on glad that they'd get to moving and the sooner this was over, the sooner they'd leave.

Seto power-walked beside the group. He was very proud of these shoes because he'd never had anything like them to be proud of. "Look at me! I'm fast!" he almost said. He never liked to run because he didn't want to ruin his old shoes which were easily destroyed.

Auroramon sighed.

"Are we there yet? My legs are getting so sore from walking. Why don't we stop and rest? The sun is beginning to set slowly," Eros said, taking a short stretch.

"Almost! Just about half an hour more!" Ream called.

Tova smiled. She wasn't sure why, but the name Infinity Mountain sounded nice. If they were almost there, that was nice, too.

Aya cheered, "Half an hour? YAY!"

Tamagomon sighed, "Yes... half an hour..."

Aya looked back at her Digimon, who was really FAAAAAAAAARRRR behind, "Ehm... Tama-mon? At YOUR pace, it's gonna take three hours for YOU!"

Tamagomon glared, "I think not!"

"I think yeah!"

"Not!"

"Yeah!"

"Not!"

"YES!!!!!!"

"..."

Eros opened his bag.

"Mangoes, anyone?"

Tamagomon ran quickly up to Eros, "I'll...*pant*...Have... *pant*...One... *pant*."

Aya sweatdropped.

Takashi stuffed his hands in his pocket. This walking was getting him tired and. . . And. . Oh whatever, it was all okay now since everyone seemed to be rather quiet. With a sudden thought, he remembered that Hannah had put food in his bag. Walking over to Hannah, he tapped her on the shoulder. "By any chance, what food did you put in my bag? I'm starting to get hungry and maybe there'd be something in there that's good to eat." He said swiftly.

Ishimon sighed as he walked over to where Takashi was. Turning to Fukimon, he tried to start a conversation. "So Fukimon. . . How are you??" He asked with a weak grin.

"Oh!" Hannah started, a little surprised by Takashi, "Let's see..."

She grabbed his bag and stuck her head inside, pulling out random things.

"Pancakes, bananas, grapefruit, toast, pinapple and hot sauce sandwiches--why the flip did I put those in?--a six pack of Pepsi, and a coconut."

"I'm doing fine, thank you!" Fukimon told Ishimon with a large smile. She then spotted the load Hannah had just unearthed from Takashi's backpack, "HEY, FOOD!" She yelled, pointing. She put on her poshest voice and said, "My dear Ishimon, would you do me the honor of joining me for dinner?" Without waiting for a reply, she pounced on a pinapple and hot sauce sandwich. And took a large bite. And choked. And spat it out again. And ran around with flames spurting from her mouth, such was the quantity of hot sauce.

Takashi sweatdropped slightly as he saw all the food that was hidden away in his back pack. It was a rather huge surprise that all that was there. Shrugging, he took a banana and started eating it. "Fankz 'or da 'ood!" He said, chewing his food slightly. Of course, he would NORMALLY have manners but he was ever so hungry so he really didn't care much.

Ishimon chuckled as he nodded to Fukimon's invite. "I'd be HONORED my lady." He took a piece of toast and started chewing on it. Then he noticed Fukimon running around, seemingly from the hot sauce sandwiches. Grabbing a Pepsi can, he immediately handed it to her. "You okay??" He asked worried.

Aya smiled as she looked at the bag of food, "YAY! Food!!" She skipped over to them, "Wow, Hannah! You're sure well prepared!" She grabbed a couple fruits, and a couple of those sandwiches, "Mmm! So good!"

Fukimon grabbed the Pepsi can, opened it, and drank the whole thing in one go.

"I'm OK," she said, around the steam coming out of her mouth. She turned to Aya, "You might want to keeps some Pepsi handy if you're gonna eat those sandwiches."

She burped rather loudly. Such is the result of drinking fizzy drinks too quickly, thus swallowing air at the same time.

"'Scuse me."

Juuso ran to the food and grabbed a hot sauce sandwich.

"Hah.. This isn't even very hot." said Juuso while eating the sandwich. Then he grabbed a Pepsi can and started drinking from it.

"Too bad you don't have any pommac. I just LOVE that beverage... It is made in Finland" told Juuso and crushed the Pepsi can.

Seto realized he was still full from breakfast. "I've never eaten that much. Seems like we're getting spoiled here." He sat away from the group.

"Seto, you're doing your anti-social thing again," said Auroramon.

Seto frowned, "I don't want to get used to this if I have to eventually go back home."

"Who says you're ever going home?"

"Don't talk like that..."

As Eros was going to hand out mangoes, the group trampled around him to Hannah. Eros shrugged and ate mangoes, then he saw Lucemon flying in zig zags with a beat red face.

"Uh you ok?" Eros asked. Lucemon opened his mouth to speak, however, flames were lit on his tongue.

"Um...this is weird."

Psychemon, after a short running start, jumped on Eros' back on clawed his way up on top of his head. "MANGO! NOW!"

Tova ran up after him and tried to yank Psychemon off Eros' head before he left scars with no luck. Psychemon continued to demand mangos while Tova apologized very quickly. "I'm sorry, Eros, really, he must really like mangos--let go NOW, Psychemon, you're hurting him--oh dear, this is not good...

"Ouch! Not a...ouch...problem. Just ginne a MINute..is thaAAT ok??" Eros said. He handed Psychemon a dozen mangoes.

"Is that BEEEter?" he said in pain.

Takashi looked around, chuckling slightly at the sight. "Ahhh. . . We seem like a rather close group." He muttered to himself. He took his back pack and closed it up, making sure that none of the food would fall out in anyway.

Ishimon decided to start talking to Fukimon. It's not like he could talk to Takashi, that boy was always so quiet. "So Fukimon, um. . . Isn't the digiworld so pretty?" He said awkwardly. It was the only thing he could think of.

"Finally, we can eat and rest!" Eros sighed.

Aya laughed at all the excitement around food, "Wow! Everyone's reeeeeeeeeeeeeeal hyper today... ne?"

Tamagomon sweatdropped, trying to hide the fact his tongue was burning from the sandwich he ate.

While Psychemon devoured his beloved mango, Tova once again attempted to apologize. "I'm really sorry, Eros. I wish we had some Band-Aids; you seriously need one. By the way...could I have a mango, too?"

"Yeah, pretty," Fukimon grinned, looking at the now-setting sun, "Nice sunset, too. Kinda like the sunset yesterday." She smiled at Ishimon, shyly.

"Hey, guys?" Hannah raised her voice, "If it's only half an hour to Infinity Mountain, I think we should get going before the sun sinks any further. Then we can make camp there; it isn't very sheltered here," She looked at Kae, "That's if we all think that's a good idea, I mean, it might not be, but... well, you know." She shut up, praying that Kae, the self appointed leader, would agree.

The dog digimon looked out at the sunset. "It is quite pretty." Ishimon said with a grin back to Fukimon.

Takashi chuckled at Hannah's seeming uneasiness. "I agree. Let's start heading out. After all, we did just have a small rest so. . hey, nothing's gonna keep us behind." He grinned at the girl, trying to keep her from being so shy.

Aya looked at the sunset and her eyes sparkled. She once again glomped Ream's arm and sighed, "Isn't it prrrrrrreeeeeeeeetttiful?"
