Nabiki Winamp Skin by Alan Lafond | This is my first, and only, attempt at a Winamp skin. So far, anyways. I would like to
make more in the future, but it takes a fair bit of effort, and even a simple one like this took
me quite some time to get through. Of course, I had to figure out the software I was using as
well, so I guess that sorta helps to add time to the project, eh? ;) I actually downloaded Skinner v1.2 so that I could use that image to design a skin! I had the image on my computer, and thought to myself, "Hey, wouldn't it be cool if I had that picture in a Winamp skin?" So I found myself a skinmaking program, downloaded it, and went right ahead into making the skin. It is now the skin I always use when I listen to my music. :) |
Ryan designed this skin quite some time ago, somewhere around the fall or early winter of
1999, if memory serves correctly. We had seen Geobreeders at the local anime club, and Ryan had
been quite into it. He made this skin in honor of Yu, the driver of the group. (She's
responsible for driving everybody around on their missions. And that's it. She doesn't do
anything else. <G>) Anyways, this was also the first Winamp skin Ryan designed, I believe.
I suppose if I'm in error with anything here, he'll correct me rather quickly anyways, so odds
are not many people will see any erroneous bits here anyways. ;) At any rate, you can check out Ryan's site, Brain Lag. This is his main webpage, of the multitudinous sites he has. :P | Yu Himehagi Winamp Skin by Ryan Dwornik |
Millenium Nocturn Winamp Skin by Ryan Dwornik | This is Ryan's second Winamp skin, featuring Milly from Lost Universe. Lost Universe is a big favorite of Ryan's, so it's little surprise he made a skin based on the show. ;) This particular skin, actually, is still available for download on Ryan's site, The Freezing Rain Archives!, formerly known as (and still known as, in my bookmarks!) Realm of Anime. Since Ryan hasn't updated the site in quite some time, he also hasn't deleted anything, and thus the skin is still there. |
