Tenchi Muyo!: Information
Here is how I think the Tenchi Muyo! story goes...
It all starts when Tenchi accidently releases a demon named Ryoko from a nearby cave. Ryoko wanted revenge because she was sealed in the cave for about 800 years, so she decided she would take her revenge on Tenchi. Tenchi explained that it wasn't he that sealed Ryoko, but one of his ancestors. Ryoko still didn't care and began shooting lasers at Tenchi. Tenchi was chased all around his school, trying to hide from Ryoko. At one point, Tenchi had pulled out the sword he found in the cave where Ryoko was sealed, and used it against Ryoko. On accident Tenchi cut off one of Ryoko's hands, of course she made it come back(don't ask me how). Later Ryoko dissappeared into the ground and Tenchi thought she was gone. He went home and suprisingly found Ryoko laying asleep in his own bed!
The story continues on with Ryoko living with tenchi in his house and the first crown princess of Jurai, Ayeka, landing on earth near Tenchi's house. Then she too must live with Tenchi because her ship was broken. Later, Ayeka's charming little sister, Sasami, also lives with Tenchi. And then MIhoshi, a galaxy police officer becomes stranded and must live with Tenchi also. Mihoshi's partner, Kiyone, lives with Tenchi parts in the show, and I guess is considered a main character in Tenchi Universe. In the manga she doesn't show up much (I think she only shows up in graphic novel #7 on the tenchi in love movie adaptation).
This is a great comedy, and has some good fighting scenes too. If you haven't seen it, I would reccomend you do! (other than Ranma 1/2, another good comedy anime, Tenchi is my fav!)
That's pretty much it, though my info isn't perfectly the story, It is pretty much the correct and exact thing. I may add more later and fix up some of this, but for now this is it, enjoy!
