Rules My rules are easy :don't cheat :you can't be two people :and have fun If theres anyone that does cheat email me and that person will be punished and if you dont do anything for a month i will remove you. Oh, and by the way if you break my rules, i will find you, and this could be you- HOW TO PLAY PICKING A CHARACTER: You may choose any character that you want, as long as you have a pic to send or a url of where a pic is located. DETERMINE WHO GOES FIRST: who evers speed is higher DETERMINING DAMAGE: to determine damage useing energy based attacks you use KI so if i do energy beam and my KI is 300 then it does 300 damage plus a bonus of 100 damage. Determining damage useing attcks like punch or kick you use ATK. So if i do punch and my ATK is 200 then it does 200 damage combos are double the amount. Level two moves double your KI for that move so if i do kamehameha and my KI is 300 then it does 600 damage plus a bonus of 2000. For level 3 moves its ki times 3 and for level 4 moves its ki times 4. Every move has a pl cost except for punch or kick. If you run out of pl you use an ether or you forfeit or you can let your opponent beat the crap out of you. GOING SSJ USSJ SSJ2 SSJ3 SSJ4: Every ten battles you win you go up a super saiyan level. Every ssj level you go up your stats double. TRAINING WITH KING KAI: in order to train with king kai you must be dead and you must pass snake way. It takes 5 days to pass snake way. When you train with King Kai your stats double and you learn kaioken and spirit bomb but you must beat him. DRAGONBALLS: to get the dragon balls you must have a dragon radar. You can only get one dragonball per day but you must past seven test. If you fight someone that has a dragonball and you when you get it. Dragonballs are located on the planets Earth and Namek SIGNATURE MOVES: to get a signature move you must train 20 times. The signature move has to be original you can't use one thats already picked. When you get a signature move you have to tell me how much PL you want it to use up. To determine damage of a signature move you use your ki times it by 3 like a level 3 move plus a certain amount of damage. Signature moves that boost stats can only go up to x4. TECHNIQUES: there are techniques you can learn that can help you during battle. Most of them takes 2 weeks to learn. ALIGNMENT: it determines whether your character is good,evil or nuetral. There are certain moves that each of these can have.
