MY COMMENTS: Gundam Sandrock, specifically designed for desert fighting and land warfare. Its primary weapons are two "sickle like" blades known as scythes. It cuts through metal as if its a piece of cheese. The scythes can also be throwned. It is the most lethal when the scythes changes colour, glowing a deadly red. This signifies that this Gundam is ready for some serious slicing and dicing. In one scene, Sandrock sliced open over 20 MS's in one go! However, it is not designed for space combat, therefore, it becomes the weakest of the Gundams during the last few episodes as all the battles take place in space. It is also armed with a machine cannon, but Quatre hardly uses it, he prefers the slicing and chopping. Just like Deathscythe, everything about Sandrock is "in your face", enemy MS's gets chopped up into many pieces with a trademark red "zing" across the torso... cool!

MY COMMENTS: This was the only Gundam that was manufactured on Earth by OZ. In an attempt to create a MS that can rival the Gundams made by the rebels, Gundam Epyon was created. Epyon meaning "the Devil". Along with WingZERO, this is also a "perfect grade" Gundam as it also has the "ZERO system" incorporated into it. It can also turn into a very snazzy plane that resembles a double-headed pheonix. At the end of the series, there was a spectacular duel between Epyon and WingZERO. Epyon's primary weapon is one big, chunky, over-sized beam-plasma sword that can chop a space colony into two. When charged to full power, the beam sword's length goes up to about 30 meters or so, about twice the height of the MS! Anyone remember Miliando using Epyon and slicing a space station into two with the plasma sword charged to maximum output? Its secondary weapon is a shield with a nasty whip which has to be the coolest and slickest weapon in Gundam history. (no sexual inuendo intended). The whip (also called the Heat Rod) glows a firey red, whirling, curling and twisting about, leaving a trail of carnage all glowing that firey red colour. Note that this Gundam has NO PROJECTILE WEAPON. However, its two weapons, combined with its power and speed more than makes up for it. This Gundam is perhaps my second favourite MS in the series (just behind WingZERO), that over-sized beam sword and whip is just too good to ignore!

MY COMMENTS: This Gundam is a walking pile of ammo and destruction. Armed to the teeth, carrying a ridiculously oversized gatling-CANNON, 36x homing missiles, 56x micro missiles, two gatling gun at its chest, a double vulcan at its neck and just in case, a small knife is tucked underneath the right arm. This MS certainly lives up to its name, "Heavyarms". It also makes a habit of running out of ammo. Piloted by the ever-silent Trowa, this MS is rather slowed compared to the rest of the Gundams, (its still bloody fast though). Since Trowa lost this MS for a while, this Gundam doesn't make as much appearance as the others. Nevertheless, there is a certain charm about it, especially when all the missile containers opens up and hundreds of missiles are fired simutaneously, zooming about everywhere.... For those interested in its ENDLESS WALTZ variation, Heavyarms gets a new blue/green/gray colour scheme, giving it a much sleeker feel. Not to mention the fact that it now carries TWO double-gatling-cannon, meaning there's quadruple the damage done, as well as making a ridiculously enormous weapon even bigger..... settle down boys.....
