For those of you who came here expecting us at Chaos Renditions to submit to comformity and praise Akira and kiss its overhyped ass.....you may have guessed you are in the wrong place! The story of a boy named Tetsuo who has telepathic powers and ultimately evolves into a giant retarded looking baby just baffles me as to why it got such international acclaim. Kaneda is the only plus to this movie..... now that is an awsome motercycle but nothing compared to the motor cycles of Robo Tech fame. Siscle And Ebert Are retards for giving this film two thumbs up. Honestly when you end a film with the words "I am Tetsuo" you deserve two fingers up and I am not talking about thumbs. Now that we are done with our let down movie of the millenium we can move on to the pride of Japanese animation. Starting us off is Battle Angel. Gally is a cool efficient bounty hunter, armed with a knife, fists and an lethal metal body. Gally finds herself set into motion against such foes such as brutal spine thieves, the brain-eating gladiator Grewicia, the sinister Mr. Vector and the beautiful but ruthless Dr, Chiren. The odds seem impossible to over come but see how it concludes. This is definitely a must see. (review by: Chaos)

If you were dissappointed by the overhyped Y2K bug wait till you see it happen in the future! This bug isn't just inconvenient it is fatal! When the cyborgs (in this case Boomers) are out of control.... they KILL! Priss, a nightclub singer and motorcycle jockey, leads the all-girl "Knight Sabres" against the threat of the evil Genom. Armed in special hardsuits for hard core fighting will these four girls beat the odds? This is one of our all time favorite series and WHOOO HOOOO it is english dubbed now! A definite "gotta get" series. Don't just rent it...buy it! or at least pirate it! hahahahahahahaha. (review by: Chaos)

Now we are at the cream of the crop! If you have not seen Ninja Scroll you are not a true anime fan. Otaku...you are not! I will say it now... This is THE epitome of anime motion pictures! One of the hottest (if not THE hottest) seller of 1993! Jubei is a hired ninja. Gemma is an evil ninja. Gemma is one of Six Devils of Timon. Kagero is a ninja woman secretly in love with Jubei and insists that she repay to him a favor that she owes him. You figure out the rest. This movie has tones of blood and severed limbs, it also has quite a few remarkably three dimensional characters and a few elements to raise some eyebrows. Perhaps even the "Peoples Eyebrow"! Here we go! This title brought up alot of arguing in the main office. However, I am the decision maker so what I say stands! This is my favorite Japanese animated series and in my opinion the best of its kind! The trouble and fun began when high school student Tenchi Masaki inadvertently released the marooned space pirate Ryoko from his grandfathers shrine. Now Ryoko and a passle of other atractive and temperamental alien women are all competing for Tenchi's attention. IF YOU DON'T SEE THIS TITLE YOU DESERVE TO BE SHOT! (review by: Chaos)

This is the movie that started it all. Vampire Hunter D IS "horror" anime. This is the pioneering movie that set the standard for all anime to follow. D is a noble Vampire hunter out to protect the innocent and destroy the evil but what secret does D have? And what is with that crazy hand!
