This is the leader of Across. I always have trouble spelling his name despite the fact that it's written in the subtitles that I have to use. Across is an organization that is trying to take over the world, by the way.

This is Excel. She's just a blast. She's EXTREMELY hyper. I'm talking hyper to the third degree. She could run 10 times around the world and still have energy to spare. She's like the energizer bunney, but better because she's actually entertaing to watch. She's a proud member of Across. oo oo and that's Menchi on her head. Menchi is quite probably the most sophisticated character of the series. He's... Excel's emergancy food.

This is Pedro... he's... a construction worker. He's... extremely unlucky. He has a cute little boy named Sandura though. I like Sandura. :-P

This is Wannabe. I have no idea what his purpose is. He's just kinda there when he needs to be... It's odd.

This girl has a name... um... yes. she's on the city safety team... or something like that. I missed the episode when that was first made up. Anywho, the group she is a part of is supposed to protect the city. She's tough.

This dude can't talk. He gets these nice little word bubbles instead of words though. that's kinda fun. He's also on the city safety commity/team/whatever they are.

This dude likes Hyatt. He's on the city thingy too

This dude...um... he's there and I'm pretty sure he has a purpose. He likes the girl that I don't know the name of. He's in the safety group with all those other people. lol. yes they do have names... no I didn't pay attention to them. Yes I do fully realize that someone will see this and get mad and email me with better details. :-P

This guy is the major. He's... interesting. His mustache moves like the Sherrif of Notingham's pimple in Robin Hood Men In Tights. It's just all over the place. He hired the safety team.

This is the universe. :-) She is veeeery nice. lol. She brings Excel back to life a few times. The main character can't just die right?!
