General Philosophy

13th Avenue Studios thinks that art should be accessible to anyone who takes a liking to what we have to offer, and each art piece will be signed by Angeline Dixon and numbered in a very limited quantity for potential increase in value over time.

It is highly recommended that upon reciept of your artwork, you get it insured for the cost paid, and treat this as a valuable asset.

13th Avenue Studios prefers safe and secure paypal, but will accept money orders and personal checks.

Shipping

The average shipping cost is $4.80 throughout the continental United States, for priority mail. Boxes will cost $9.80 on average throughout the continental United States. 13th Avenue will also ship overseas, at current USPS rates, unless of course there is an embargo in place. Please check beforehand to see if your country will permit entry from certain items originating from the United States. 13th Avenue Studios can add insurance to any shipment at the current costs with USPS, upon request, at an additional cost. Refunds & Exchanges

13th Avenue Studios will replace any lost merchandise with proof from the carrier, and will replace any damaged merchandise with return of the original merchandise. If you have any art that is insured under your homeowners or renters insurance, and come into an unfortunate event that damages or destroys your merchandise, 13th Avenue will be happy to replace your art if you so choose, with proof from your insurance agency that the original art is insalvageable. Please note that certain pieces are irreplaceable, and you will have to be reimbursed by your insurance company for the loss. You have our deepest sympathy if this occurs.

Custom Orders

Angeline Dixon will make any animal in voodoo form at your request. 13th Avenue will talk about what kind of animal you like, but please keep in mind that Angeline is an artist, so the animal may not come off realistically, but the idea of what kind of animal it is will definitely be conveyed.

If you see something you like, but the size is just too small or big, please feel free to contact 13th Avenue, and we will be more than happy to do whatever it takes to accomodate your requests. Most photos can go up to 16x20 with a matte finish, and a few can go up to 20 x 30 with a matte finish. We will discuss the pricing, and come up with something that can be agreed upon.
