Hi there Y'all Thanks for bearing with me while I tried several approaches to a HP. Hopefully this one will serve its purpose. Well, now to begin.

I was born and raised in Central Florida in the small town of Christmas near Orlando. It was and still is essentially a rural town and sort of sleepy. It has/had it share of rednecks and such and that obviously made life difficult for me growing up. There weren't a lot of kids to play with so for the most part I played alone but as I got to be around 7 or so, I started playing primarily with the girls. Not that I didn't play with the boys too, it's just that I felt infinitely more comfortable with playing house instead of football. That only masculine thing I did and excelled at was hunting Gator which was a big deal with the guys so they left me to my own devices. I guess my status was further solidified with the other males when I was bitten by a rattlesnake and was sort of a hero when I got out of the hospital.

Most I think thought I was a loner and standoffish, but when you're young and there wasn't a way to deal with anything but put on a good facade. Then my sister was born when I was 11, one of the most important days of my life. I now had the chance to look after, nuture and otherwise mother someone. We were inseparable from the start. No one in town dared mess with Deborah because out of necessity I was a scrapper and often had a shotgun around. Through Deborah I got to do so many things I missed in my earlier years.
