Coach Of The Year (Joint Winner 2002)

Along with Duncan Howarth, Simon was a driving force behind the creation of the Aardvarx, taking on a coaching role and lending his assistance to so many new players who were finding their feet on the ice. Having taken time away from the Aardvarx to work with the Blackburn Thunder women's team and to ice for the Blackburn Falcons, Simon has now made a welcome returned to his roots and is now a regular at Aardvarx training sessions once again, much to the delight of the team!
