Having started out as a stay-at-home defenceman, Rick is getting more and more adventurous with the puck, venturing past the opposition blue-line without getting the traditional nose-bleed. Rick served on the Aardvarx Committee until August 2007 when he stepped down due to other commitments.

Rick isn't afraid to stick up for his team-mates, picking up a body-checking call for running over a rough-playing rival during the July 05 game against the Thunder, a move that earned him a standing ovation from his own bench...
