Mark is a popular player amongst the Aardvarx as a result of his selflessness and positive approach. He earned the nickname 'Boris' from Mike Laverey on the Saturday morning skate sessions at Altrincham as a reult of his almost balletic skating style. We think that Mike was looking for the name "Rudolph Nureyev" rather than "Boris", but since "Boris" suits him, it stuck...
