Gerald is one of the founder members of the Aardvarx, and is a veteran of Mike Laverey's Saturday morning sessions from the Altrincham rink. Having played for the Aardvarx as a forward, Gerald retired from the playing side and took up the role of scrimmage referee, blowing his whistle and dishing out Gerald-style hockey justice as he saw fit. Now retired from the Aardvarx and working with the Black Bears IHC.
