The week that Chris proposed had actually been a pretty bad week. The weekend before, someone smashed my car window in and I was without a ride and having to depend on others for transportation until my car was fixed. Well, on June 19, 2001, Chris came to pick me up at the dance studio that I worked at and told me that something as in the middle of the dance floor and I needed to come and see what it was. It took me until I was right up on the box before I realized what it was. There, he got on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him! I'm sure you've guessed that I said YES!!!
