Police Officers are referred to today as "Law Enforcement Officers," which is a very dangerous New World Order globalist term. Most officers proudly puff out their chests as they gladly accept this new and supposed honorable title without a clue as to what is behind this description. Those bloody tyrants of the 20th century could not have succeeded without the aid of "Law Enforcement," people doing their job without questioning their orders.

What would Adolf Hitler have done without "his law enforcement"? What would Pol Pot, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Lenin, Mao Ze-dong, Ho Chi Minh and Fidel Castro -- just what would these Communists do without their "law enforcement agencies"?! You must remember all the above leaders functioned within the boundaries of their own perverted system of law with their law enforcement, enforcing illegitimate laws, without regard for right or wrong.
This new breed of law enforcement agencies and officers ignore the Bill of Rights and our Constitution and justify their amoral action and blind obedience to the Leviathan by saying that they are just doing what they are told. When officers willing ignore and violate the U.S. Constitution , they become Praetoria Guards to a bankrupt empire. When so-called law enforcement officers infringe upon those God-given rights, our Bill of Rights, they violate the very principle of law thereby becoming law breakers themselves aiding and abetting in a lawless, brutal police state.
There is no difference among a Nazi law enforcement officer following orders without question, a Communist law enforcement officer following orders without question and an American law enforcement officer following orders without question!
Blind obedience is un-American to begin with. The United States Military has provisions in its military codes for enlisted men, NCOs and officers to refuse illegitimate orders. In other words, anyone in our military service who receives an illegitimate order has the right under law to refuse it. It is when police and military do not question their orders that generates lawlessness, thereby creating tyrants to rule over the people.
What's alarming in our country are the brainwashed fools in our supposed civilian police force referring to American citizens and taxpayers as civilians. When the police begin to think of themselves as military units, you're dealing with a police state mentality; and extremely dangerous and unacceptable attitude in our Republic. A mentality that has cost the lives of over a hundred million people with the march of the Red Plague of Communism and Fascism in the past one hundred years.

The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The written Constitution for the United States of America is the supreme law of the land; any statute to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the U.S. Constitution and a law violating it to be valid. One must prevail. This is stated succinctly as follows:
"The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, whether federal or state, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose. Since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it, an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed and never existed, that is, it is void ab initio. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office or liabilities, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, is incapable of creating any rights or obligations, does not allow for the granting of any relief, and justifies no acts performed under it. . . .
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it. Once a statute has been declared unconstitutional, courts thereafter have no jurisdiction over alleged violations. Persons convicted and fined under a statute subsequently held unconstitutional may recover the fines paid.
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. And an unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law. Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby. Since an unconstitutional statute cannot repeal or in any way affect an existing one, if a repealing statute is unconstitutional, the statute which it attempts to repeal remains in full force and effect. And where a clause repealing a prior law is inserted in an act, which act is unconstitutional and void, the provision for the repeal of the prior law will usually fall with it and will not be permitted to operate as repealing such prior law." The above should be given to all police officers and their unions. They must understand that police officers are not obligated to enforce any illegitimate laws that violate the law of the land, which is the Constitution of the United States of America and our Bill of Rights.

This statement by Mr. Jefferson rings so true today. Perhaps we can all remember Comrade Bill Clinton with his cheap legal weasel question of "is, is or is, is?

Unless our police and military gain the knowledge and understanding of our laws, America can easily fall into the trap of a brutal police state, just like that of other countries around the world. This is something that doesn't happen overnight. It takes time to manipulate people and pervert the laws of such nations. A misconception most people have is that communism just springs up out of nowhere overnight and seizes power. Sorry folks, but that is not the way it happens. It happens as a slow and progressive process of propaganda, manipulation and deception.

James Madison, given credit as one of the chief architects of the U.S. Constitution, has stated we are to be a self-governed people using the guide of the Ten Commandments of God. How on earth can our people use that guide if the youth of America are no longer allowed to even read the Ten Commandments in a public school anywhere in the United States of America? I do believe everyone will agree that the public school "free education" system is fully controlled by the government today, the Tenth Plank of the Communist Manifesto.
Separation of Church and State and Socialist Education is one of my well-researched stories which clearly indicates the involvement of a Communist front group, along with so-called liberal justices of the Supreme Court that clearly and unmistakably subverted the First Amendment of the Bill of Rights by violating their very oath of office and "prohibiting the free exercise thereof."
