"AJ what the fuck was wrong last night?" Sarah asked when she saw AJ in the morning.
"Sarah, I'm sorry its just that I didn't have a condom and then I thought that you might have been angry if I didn't use one, and I just thought that it would upset you…." AJ replied walking closer to her.
"Why didn't you just tell me? I would have understood, but you walked out and that is what upset me the most," she replied, as she felt his hands slip around her waist.
"I'm sorry, I'll make it up to you darling, don't you worry, but I do love you and I'm sorry, I should have just told you…"
She kissed him softly. "Forgiven.." she said sweetly, then giving him a long passionate kiss. One that was interrupted only a few seconds later by Brian.
"Aww….guys please don't do anything like that when I am this upset about being messed up by my girlfriend," Brian moaned miserably as he came down the steps.
Sarah smiled sympathetically. "It'll be ok Bri. Don't worry you guys will get back together and everything will be fine. I promise…"
"Ah I dunno. I don't think that it will be as soon as you think. But hopefully we can get over this and get back to a regular relationship."
"You need to go out and buy Britney Spears and listen to that song, Crazy. It applies to you darling!" Sarah said smiling slightly.
Brian laughed. "Oh yea, she is sooo awesome…" he replied sarcastically.
*2 hours later*
"Ok guys so we are going down to the keys for Kev's birthday?" Alicia asked sitting down next to Karine on the sofa.
"Yea we are leaving in a few hours. Is Brian going?" Karine asked.
Alicia shot her a look, and Nick answered, "Yea I think he is going. I dunno but all I know is that three rooms are connected and I'm sharing one."
Nick looked at Karine and felt bad that he had said that about sharing the room with Mandy. He lowered his eyes to the floor, and found quite an interest in the floor.
"Ok anyway so are we all getting our own rooms? I want my own room!" Karine said demandingly.
"Yea we know, now everyone go and pack and get ready we are taking the van and we are leaving in about 2 hours," AJ said getting up, and grabbing Sarah's hand, and pulling her up to the bedroom.
Karine sat on the couch for a little while when Nick and Brian left. She looked over at Ali, and just blurted out, "Damnit I love him so much!"
Alicia sighed. "Every freakin day!" she said laughing.
"No Ali, I mean damn! Look at how freakin hot he is, and his eyes, man don't even get me started! I just want to get in bed with him right now and screw his brains out!"
Alicia laughed. "Man you are desperate! Why don't you just go up there to his room, and talk to him. You guys don't talk anymore let alone ever make eye contact!"
"I know but its like weird! I mean I know that I love him and everything yet, its just that when I do finally get to have, which will be gods knows when, I might not have the same feelings as I have now!"
"You shouldn't be telling me this! Tell Nick! He needs to know this to better understand who he wants to be with!"
*10 minutes later*
Ali took a deep breath and opened the door slowly to Brian's room. His eyes flew up and they met hers.
"What do you want bitch?" Brian said coldly, still throwing clothes into his suitcase.
"Brian, I'm sorry to bother you, but I was just wondering if you would feel a lot better if I didn't go along. I mean I will stay here, and you can go, cause Kevin is your cousin, and I think that you should really have fun while you are down there..." Alicia said, playing with a few strands of her hair.
"No Alicia you go. I will go and I will have fun because for one I'm not gonna be around you and two my other best friends will be there to hang out with. At least they do care about my feelings," Brian replied harshly.
"Brian I do care about you! I care about you so fuckin much and you could give a fuckin rats ass!" Alicia was pissed. She stormed up to him, and smacked him hard across the face.
Brian grabbed her arm, and stared at her, gripping the sides of her arms tightly. "You little whore, you don't care about me! You care about someone being there for you at night, someone to love you, someone to have sex with! Thats all you want! You aren't ready for a real relationship little girl, and this is what makes me know that we will NEVER and I mean never make this work! I thought I loved you until now!" Brian roughly pushed her back, making her fall onto the bed, and hitting her head on the back board.
Tears streamed down her face as she painfully opened her eyes. She moved her arm up to her sore head, and touched the side. When she pulled her hand away, and looked at it she saw blood.
Brian climbed onto the bed, and made his way up to her. She curled into a little ball, and just prayed he wouldn't hurt her anymore than he did. Brian grabbed her legs, and pulled down on them hard, pulling her body out flat on his bed. He straddled over her body, and pinned her arms down with his.
She stared up at him almost in shock as he let one of her hands go, she shoved him off of her, but he grabbed her again, threw her against the wall, and kissed her hard, forcing his tongue into her mouth.
"You remember the way that I kiss you, and maybe next time you won't confuse me and Kevin!" Brian yelled.
"How did you know that…" she said, half talking to herself.
Brian smiled evilly, and released her arms. She just stood there trembling.
Brian almost wanted to throw up from seeing what he had done to her. Bruises on her thin arms, and blood running down the side of her face.
"I'm so sorry…" Brian whispered. He reached out to touch her, but she moved away, going into the bathroom, and slamming the door shut.
Brian followed her to the bathroom, and pounded on the door. "Alicia please let me help you.. I'm so sorry, just let me help you!"
Alicia cried at his words. "Get out of my life Brian…" she whispered, then collapsing onto the floor seeing nothing but blackness.
"ALICIA!" Brian cried hearing her hit the floor hard. He ran down the hall, and got Nick, bringing him back to the room.
When Nick saw the blood on the back of the bed he looked at Brian. "What the hell did you do to her Brian?!"
Brian just cried. "I hit her…"
Nick wanted to smack him so hard, but instead he took his anger out on the door, and shoved it open. Nick rushed to Ali's side as he saw a small puddle of blood forming at the side of her head.
Nick propped her head up in his lap, and tended to her wound. He put a bottle of rubbing alcohol in front of her nose, and she shook her head, waking up, and looking around to see Nick on her left and Brian on her right.
"Nick…" she whispered. Nick looked down at her, as he softly rubbed her face.
"You'll be ok Ali. Don't worry-" Nick was cut off when Karine walked into the room, and saw the scene.
"Nick! What did you do to her?!" Karine yelled angrily.
"I didn't do it! Brian did!" Nick yelled back.
Karine looked at Brian angrily. "Come here…" she commanded, pulling his hair to get him to stand up.
She drug him into the other room, as Nick took care of Alicia. Once in the other room, she smacked him across the face. "How could you do that! You don't hit a girl that is only a little more than half your weight! Do you think she could have actually fought back! God Brian! She is hurting so bad!"
Brian dropped his head and cried. "I'm drunk…" Brian whispered slowly.
"You're drunk?" Karine repeated.
"I was drinking like an hour ago because I was so upset, and then she came in, and I just lost control. I feel so horrible for doing such a thing to her. I love her so much, now she probably hates me."
"Bri, come here hunnie…" Brian walked closer to her, as she wrapped her arms around him and gave him a strong hug. "We are all here for you both. We will make her understand, just get some sleep…" she said, letting go of him, and pushing him over to her bed.
He climbed under the covers, and she pulled them over him. "Goodnight Brian," she said, then leaned over and kissed his forehead. "Sleep well…."
*5 minutes later*
Karine walked back into the bathroom, to find AJ and Sarah had come to see what happened.
She saw Ali laying in Nick's arms, and a shot of longing and jealousy shot through her blood. She longed to be there laying in Nick's arms while his hands stroked her cheek.
She walked over, and kneeled down in front of Ali. She took one of her hands, and looked her in the eyes.
"Sweetie how are you feeling?" she asked quietly, not wanting to scare her with a loud tone.
"I'm fine, its just," she paused, swallowing hard, "my head hurts really bad…"
"What part of your head?" Karine asked studying her bruised face.
"It hurts to much to show you…let Nick…" she whispered.
Nick looked up at Karine, and for the first time in awhile their eyes met. Nick put out his hand, and Karine slowly put her hand on top of his. Nick placed his hand on the sore spot on Ali's head, but left his warm hand on top of hers.
Karine was mesmerized my his eyes. Sarah leaned over, and whispered in AJ's ear, "Look at them…I don't even think that they remember what is going on…"
AJ smirked. "He is gonna kiss her…" AJ predicted, seeing Nick's face inch closer to Karine's slowly.
Karine watched Nick's eyes, as they left hers, and looked down at her lips. Something he always does when he wanted to kiss her so bed.
Just as their lips were about to brush, Ali jumped, and they both pulled away, dropping their hands off of Ali's head.
AJ and Sarah just burst out laughing. Nick and Karine both looked a little flushed, and Ali laid their staring at everyone confused.
"Ali, do you wanna go to the hospital or are you ok?" Sarah asked sweetly, leaning back into AJ's muscular chest as his hands circled around her waist.
"No, I'm fine. If I go to the hospital they will ask what happened, and I don't want to tell them my boyfriend hit me because he was drunk, he could go to jail…"
Karine stared at her. "How did you know he was drunk?"
"I smelled it on his breath when he kissed me…"
Karine smiled sympathetically. "He is really sorry Ali. I talked to him, and he feels really bad…"
Ali tried to smile. "I know, we really need to talk. We all really need to talk. There is to much friction between the 6 of us…except for AJ and Sarah y'all are perfectly cool with each other and with all of us…"
Nick smiled, and picked her up. "Bed time for you…" he said as he tucked her into Brian's bed.
The four walked out of the room, as they got ready to leave for the keys in a few hours, after Ali and Brian got some rest.
