-The Battle With Misty-

"Hello, is anyone here, hello!" Ash said as he was walking past a huge hall that looked like an aquarium. He then saw 4 girls at the end of the halls. "We are all Pokemon Trainers here, you must beat us ALL!" one of the sister said as they were leading him to their big arena. "What, the Pokemon League rules say that a Pokemon battle is only one to one!" Ash said as they make it to the middle of the arena. "Don't always follow the rules, Ash, now lets battle unless of course.......you're afraid!" one of the sisters said as a taunt.

That really made Ash angry for a good battle. "Fine, I'll take on ALL of your Pokemon! I declare to be the best Pokemon Trainer in the world. Now throw out all of your Pokemon and lets battle!" Ash said as he got ready and holding his Pokeballs. "Fine, have it your way, you will be beaten just like that Gary rival of your's. Now, I choose Staryu!" the eldest sister said throwing her Pokeball in the middle of the arena. "I choose you, Pikachu!" Ash said throwing out his Pokeball. As the match began, Staryu used Water Gun, but Pikachu dodged the attack and used a ThunderShock attack on Staryu. Pikachu's hit made Staryu's HP go half way down. Staryu's next attack was Light Screen.

Pikachu became blinded for the while and Staryu used Hydro Pump. "Oh no! Pikachu, use Thunder!" Ash yelled as his Pikachu was blinded. Since his Pikachu was blinded, he used Thunder under the command of Ash, filling up the whole room with electricity which made Staryu faint. Ash's Pikachu recovered from his blindness while the next sister used Starmie. This bout was long but until Pikachu used his Thunder attack on Starmie causing it to faint big time. The next sister now used Lapras. "Pikachu, return!" Ash said as he pulled Pikachu back. "Mew go!" As this battle began, Lapras used Mist causing everything to be a blur. Lapras's next move was Body Slam. Amazingly causing Mew to become Paralyzed during battle. "No! Mew try to use Pyschic!"

As Mew used Psychic the Lapras was hurt badly making him faint. The last sister introduced herself as Misty. She was the youngest. She then let out her Gyarados. "Wow, that thing is huge!" Ash replied as it came out of it's Pokeball. Gyarados started off since Mew was Paralyzed. Gyarados started off with a Tackle which brought Mew to 15/98 HP. "Mew, return!" "I choose you, Pikachu!" As Pikachu came out fully healed, he used Thunder attack on Gyarados making him loosing his HP at a fast rate.

"No Gyarados, don't let him win, use Dragon Rage!" Misty shouted as she Gyarados was recovering from his last hit. Pikachu watched as the Gyarados turned around in the water on the arena, then going under water and coming up as 6 multiples of Gyarados, then the Gyarados shot out a gigantic tidal wave almost as tall as the gym's ceiling. Pikachu was sucked into the water tornado. "Oh no, Pikachu try and use your Thunderbolt!" Ash shouted as loud as he can so Pikachu can hear him. Ash looked as Gyarados's water tornado spinned around in the arena with Pikachu in it, twirling with it. Then the water's blu color changed from blue to a flashing yellow light. Pikachu used his Thunderbolt attack, breaking the waer tornado apart, then shooting a gigantic Thunderbolt towards Gyarados. The Gyarados was beaten after a furious and powerful battle.

"Ash, you have won this badge, here is the Cascade Badge! I hope that you are happy, you have trained your Pokemon really well. Now go to Vermillion City and battle the gym there to get your next badge. Good Luck!" Misty said as Ash was walking out the gum doors and into the Mini-PokeCenter. Ash left his Pokemon there to rest for a while. Ash suddenly saw Gary. "Did you lose sucker?" Gary said in a very rude way. "No, I won this match pretty easily!" Ash said as he grinned.

"What? I will show you when we meet in the Pokemon League. Now I gotta catch up to you by beating Misty!" Ash watched as Gary left to do battle with Misty and her sisters. When Ash picked up his Pokemon, he left towards the ship that would lead him to Vermillion City which was free to all Pokemon Trainers. His next stop was to Vemillion City's Gym.
