Now to Promised Secondary Skills list


Ballistics skill determines an amount of damage made by a ballista as well as hit chance while siege. Expert ballistics allows you to shoot twice per turn.
Each level of Leadership skill increases your troops morale by one. In addition some artifacts may be picked only by a heroes with a leadership skill.
Eagle Eye skill allows your hero to learn one of spells casted against him in combat. Higher specialization increases chance to learn spell as well as level of spells possible to learn.
Diplomacy skill allows your hero to negotiate with weaker stacks of wandering creatures increasing chance that they will offer to join your ranks.
Archery skill increases range damage made by your shooters troops.
Wisdom skill makes it possible for your hero to learn spells of 3-5 levels depending on wisdom level.
Each level of Scouting skill increases your hero's sight radius by one square.
Pathfinding skill reduces a penalty for movement on rough terrain. Expert pathfinding eliminates this penalty at all and all terrain is treated as a grass.
Necromancy skill allows your hero to raise skeletons after battle. Each level adds 10% of killed enemies to a number of raised skeletons. Skill applies to necromancers only.
Navigation skill significantly increases your hero's movement rate over the sea adding 50%-150% to speed depending on a skill level.
Each level of Luck skill increases your troops luck by one.
Logistics skill increases your hero's movement rate over the land adding 10%-30% to speed depending on a skill level.



We took all the artifacts from Heroes II and divided them into seven categories:
1. Negative artifacts - they will only do you damage, so hire a new hero, give him these artifacts and dismiss him.
2. Hardly useful artifacts - these artifacts have any use only under certain curcumstances.
3. Treasure class artifacts.
4. Minor class artifacts.
5. Major class artifacts.
6. Relic class artifacts.
7. Grail class artifacts - grail has to be one of them.

Remark: Division was made by us and may not be objective. If you have other ideas about values of these artifacts don't take it hard please.
