Jets Vs Sharks

From Your 1st Cigaret To Your Last Dying Day
Released : November 2002 -CNC#002
So I am doing this review about 3 years after this was actually released, and I don’t even own a copy and you can’t buy it anywhere!! But I was lucky enough to get the music files sent to me by the band, all I had heard before was “paved with crude inventions” which was on the red crayon comp” there’s something in water”

This is easily my favourite of the 3 releases that the jets have out now , don’t get me wrong I love “our bodies, our anchors “ and “ these tired monuments” but there’s something about this that makes it so much better. It’s a more melodic, and sounds like it was recorded live which for me makes any record sound better, it has a H.W.M, hunter gather, and small brow bike kind of feel to it. If, like me you were stupid enough to not buy it when it came out then you have to get a copy of it, or wait until it gets repressed in the discography if they split….which hopefully will be a long time away!!
