This is a keet with adult plumage taking a break from running all over my yard.
This is a picture of my female Royal Purple keet, Cookie, when she's all grown up. Note the leg band.
These two pictures show my keets flying for joy (they had just been let out of the coop) while still very young. If you've never seen keets fly a long distance you are really missing out, its so amazing.
This picture was taken around the same time as the flying keets pictures. The keets are surveying the area before they fly across my yard.
