Since I installed my new scanner, the work area around my computer is in chaos.  I'm gradually getting organized.  But I'm conflicted about what to do next, scan some more neat stuff or clean.

While digging in a drawer looking for some note paper, I ran across this memo:

I'm interested in having my site hosted with [your company].  I've never done this before, and I could use a little hand holding.  No, make that a lot of hand holding.

By the way, the flash on your contact page took forever to load; then the page crashed my browser, and to recover I had to reboot my computer.

I must have written that note sometime in the past year before May because that's when I decided to host my site with Rival Pro.  I have not regretted that decision.  I've received all the hand holding that I've needed, and my experience has increased considerably.

Oh, and what happened to that other company?  I have no idea.  I've never received a reply.
