Ice Theatre of New York's 2008-2009 Season

The Ice Theatre of New York celebrated Nancy Kerrigan in style this year at their 2008 Gala event!  The troop's October 27, 2008 performance at the Sky Rink, Chelsea Piers was not to be topped.  Offering a show stopping solo skating number by Olympic Medalist Surya Bonaly and a grand finale with Nancy Kerrigan doing one of her signature jumps, this was the ITNY at its best!  Wonderful, creative performances from the Ice Theatre Troop which encompassed many genres of music and dance styles.  Their lively rendition of "Footloose" had the audience going with flashes of colorful 50's style costumes.
