Here are some of the programs we would like to see in the future on a worldwide scale:
Educational Programs --- Programs to preserve indigenous ways to teaching by encouraging and sponsoring indigenous schools and programs, as well as integrating indigenous knowledge into public schools. Programs would range from elementary schools up through graduate studies. Could also include varying spiritual teachings.
Exchange Programs --- A cultural exchange program for people of all ages. Provides a chance for people from all over the world to live with another culture. Programs vary from volunteer work programs (such as agricultural, environmental or anthropological programs), educational programs (such as language, cultural, or spiritual programs) to work exchanges (such as teacher or entertainer exchange programs that pay wages).
Traveling Entertainment Groups --- Theater, musical, dance, storytelling and other performance groups travel worldwide to introduce people to different aspects of different cultures, especially remarkably different cultures. For example, an Eskimo dance group touring in African villages.
Travel and Tour Programs --- Essentially, arrange travel and tour packages for people who want to go to different parts of the world and learn something, but don’t have time to take part in an exchange program. Tours would put the culture and wishes of the local people first. For example, if the local people sleep on the floor, you sleep on the floor; if local custom does not allow pictures to be taken, no pictures will be taken, period. In other words, participants won’t just see the culture, they will live it for a short period of time, to the fullest; and respect that culture, to the fullest.
Library Programs --- Perhaps libraries will have one world sections, or one world libraries will be built. Program focus is on indigenous and spiritual knowledge, and the application of this knowledge to present circumstances.
Publishing --- The publishing, distribution and marketing of indigenous and spiritual writers, or anyone writing about subjects pertaining to one world and its ideals.
Broadcast and Printed News --- The production and distribution of magazines and TV programs about relevant news, subjects and one world projects. May include documentaries and entertainment pieces.
Political Action Programs --- Peaceful programs to inform people and encourage positive political changes and support current political organizations and programs.
