    Details
  • Egypt had to win because a draw would be very risky provided that we draw also with Morrocco as Zambia and Morrocco will defeat Mozambique for sure and then the decisive factor would be goal difference and we only have two goals against weak Mozambique.
  • Following the stuning performance of both teams in Zambia/Morrocco match,it would be a very difficult task.
  • Egypt surprisingly dominated the game competely and scored 4 goals (1 in 1st half and 3 in the second).
  • Hossam scored the first three goals to be the top socerer till now with five goals followed by thre players with three goals.Yasser Radwan scored the fourth.
  • Hossam socred the first from a free kick after Emam was fouled and scored the second and third very easily from the passes of Abdel Sattar and Emara after their brillinat work in the area.
  • Radwan scored beatifully from the magnificent pass from Ahmed Hassan.
  • Nader El-Sayed saved two goals from Bwalea the most dangerous player in Zambia's team.
