. According to reports in today's Chester Chronicle Terry Smith has resigned as a director at the football club.

After contacting companies house it appears that Mr Smith notified them of his resignation as a director at the club on March 17th but appears to be staying on until the end of the season.

There has been no comment from the football club apart from to say that Mr Smith is standing by his words he wrote in a recent programme saying that the football club had been saved and that things where in place for the club to survive in the future.

Rumors have been rife since the Southport Trophy victory that Smith was preparing to sell the club to a Liverpool businessman and this latest news makes it more likely that Coco could have sold out.
