'A New Thing' - A New Thing I AM Doing In The Earth Today – (a song of renewal)
INTRODUCTION:
This song was written late one evening, after I had been to a 'Charismatic Renewal Meeting, where Pastors Craig Buroker, Don Ross and others had shared about 'Renewal'. This song basically explains, in simple prose, what the 'Charismatic Renewal' is all about. 'Charisma' = holy ghost.
A New Thing =
A NEW THING I AM DOING
1. A new thing I am doing in the earth today -
A new thing, a new thing - for all to see.
And many will believe as they seek My face -
I will do a new thing in their life.
2. A new thing I am doing in the earth today -
But many will say: 'Can this be the Lord?'
And they will walk away in unbelief -
And my glory they will not see.
3. A new thing I am doing in the earth today -
I want to do a brand new thing for you.
Just open up your heart as a little child -
Trust Me to do a new thing for you.

But do not forget My former work:
For I am building you as a mansion glorious -
