    Sydney to Cairo.


    Depart Sydney to the Land of the Pharoahs on EgyptAir's New AirBus A340 via Singapore and enjoy the warmth and hospitality of their Crew.

    The total duration of the flight is approximately 19 hours.

    Sydney - Singapore.....7 hours 30 minutes
    In Singapore.................1 hour
    Singapore - Cairo......10 hours 30 minutes

    Day 02 (September 30th)
    Arrival Cairo International Airport.(L,D)


    Upon arival at Cairo International Airport, we shall be Greeted and Assited through Customs and Formalities.
    Transfer to our hotel. The Remaining of the day at leisure.

    Day 03 (October 1st )
    Cairo.(B,L,D)


    After Breakfast.Visit one of the Great Museums of the World, housing a collection of Egyptian Antiquities including some of the Splendid burial furnishings from the tomb of Tut-ankh-Amun. Among these are Four Gold Shrines and two of the Anthropoid Coffins from his tomb and, The Piece De Resistance, The Magnificent Golden Mask. PM: Transfer to the Pyramids for the Sound and Light Show.

    Cairo to Luxor.(B,L,D)


    After breakfast, transfer to Cairo Airport for our flight to Luxor.
    Transfer to the Nile Cruiser.
    Lunch On Board.
    Visit Karnak and Luxor Temples on the East Bank.
    Dinner with Belly Dance Show.
    Overnight on Board in Luxor.

    Cross the Nile to the West Bank to visit the Necropolis of Thebes,

    The Colossi of Memnon facing the Nile.

    After Breakfast, Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu , then Sail to Kom Ombo. Visit Temple of god Sodek and Harocies in Kom Ombo. Afternoon then Sail to Aswan, Lunch on Board.

    After Breakfast Visit The Philae Temple, The Unfinished Obelisk And visit the High Dam and The Old Dam.

    Dinner and Nubian Folkloric Show.
    Overnight In Aswan.

    Aswan, Abu Simbel (Optional) - Cairo.(B,L,D)


    Check out from Cruiser after Breakfast.
    Transfer to Aswan Airport for flight to Cairo .
    Optional:
    Transfer to Aswan Airport for flight to Abu Simbel.
    Arrive Abu Simbel, Transfer to Temple of Ramses II.
    After Visit of the Temple, transfer to Abu Simbel Airport for return flight to Cairo.
    Arrive Cairo, transfer to Hotel.Rest of the day at leisure.

    After Breakfast. Full day tour. Visit the Plateau of Giza where stand the Three Pyramids which were Wonders of the World and The Sphinx. Memphis: The ancient Capital, called the ‘White Walls‘ or ‘Balance of the Two Lands’.Sakkara: The complex buildings of King Djoser , surrounding the Step Pyramid. This splendid monument, the work of Imhotep, is unique in Egyptian Architecture and was the first large construction in Stone. Return to hotel.

    Day 11 (October 09th)
    Cairo - Alexandria.(B,L,D)


    After Breakfast, We leave for the charming Mediterranean Resort of Alexandria situated 3 hours drive from Cairo. Upon Arrival, enjoy the scenery of La Corniche. Our hotel is situated at Al-Montazah Palace. Built on a low plateau east of Alexandria and overlooking a beautiful beach amid about 370 feddans of gardens and woods, the palace comprises a number of buildings, the most important being Al-Haramlek and Al-Salamlek, the summer residence of the former Royal Family.

    Day 12 (October 10th)
    El Alamein.(B,L,D)


    El Alamein is located 104 kilometers west of Alexandria. Here, in 1942, the Germans, led by Rommel, and the Allies, led by Montgomery, fought one of the most decisive battles of World War II: The Battle of Alamein. Visit the British, German and Italian Cemeteries as well as the El Alamein Museum. Overnight in Alexandria

    After breakfast, we shall visit The Graeco-Roman Museum Houses many collections of rare Greek and Roman relics and coins - about 40 thousand pieces, from the Third Century B.C. to the Seventh Century AD, including the "Tanagra" collection. The museum also houses the pieces recovered in 1995 at the Lighthouse site. Then we head for Pompey's Pillar Mistakenly named so in the Middle Ages, this granite pillar is over 25 meters high. Built amidst the ruins of the Serapium in AD 297 AD in honor of Emperor Diocletian, it is the most prominent remaining Greek landmark in Alexandria. Visit The Catacombs of Kom al-Shoqafa (Able-Bodied) This is the largest Roman cemetery in Alexandria. It is composed of three levels cut 30 meters deep into the existing rock. Dating to the beginning of the Second Century AD,it is a blend of Pharaonic and Roman art. Transfer to your hotel to prepare for final departure to Cairo International Departure. Estimate departure from Alexandria around 10:00 pm for a 3 1/2 hour drive.
