MLM Programs

There are many MLM programs selling everything from Toiletries or Herbs through to Insurance or Motor Vehicles. Some programs cover a broad range of products, while others specialise in one or two. So how do you select a program that's right for you?

Product - is it relevant to you? Plan - is it workable and understandable? Profit - do the rewards compensate for your effort? Projection - does the plan have a future? Payment - what are the payment options?

Product - the product you are going to be selling must be right for you. If you can't recomend what you are selling, why would someone buy off you? And you must be comfortable dealing with it, there is no point to selling motor-vehicles if you aren't sure where to put the oil, or fashion accesories if you prefer plain. Also consider repeat sales, consumables might offer lower margins but they can become residual. Plan - if you can't understand how it works, then how are you going to explain it to someone else? Also look for a comprehensive support program, the more help you have, the quicker you'll get returns. Profit - does this plan offer the rewards you are after in the time scale you require, I have seen plans with no commisions until the 4th or 5th level, yes they will pay very well when they mature, but are you prepared to continue your effort for the long haul? Also check if there is continual incentive for everyone to maintain their efforts. Projection - will the product continue to sell or will it quickly date? Can the growth of the plan continue? Is this a plan to pursue for a couple of years or a lifetime opportunity, and which are you after? Payment - while Credit Cards are convenient and necesary for the spontaneous purchaser, make sure there are options, I personally know two very wealthy marketers who will not have a credit card(even for free) yet both have merchant accounts to accept them.
