Chupamania!
The creature known as el Chupacabra, or the Goatsucker, has been around for over fifty years without much fanfare. It wasn't until a brief period in the late 1970's, after a rash of U.F.O. sightings in Puerto Rico, that he became known to more than a few unlucky Latin American farmers. Then, however, he was called the Moca Vampire. He still did performed the task that he is widely known for today, which is killing farm animals and draining their blood. Although reports of animal attacks happen several times a month, a human attack has not happened yet.
El Chupacabra is described as a five or six foot kangaroo legged alien who sometimes is said to have either wings or spines upon his back. Claws and bulging eyes add to his lovable features. Modern Goatsucker stories have risen up from around 1995, and have continued ever since. Some claim they are aliens, or an unknown animal, or even beings from another dimension. They are often said to be shy and non-threatening to humans, and we hope they stick to tradition.
