This is the first game that I ever heard of. It was my first PS game and PC game. Hence it has become my favorite. Its game play is great with great music and nice story. I had since long completed the game but it still remained as one of my favorite FF game other than FFIX and FFX.
Westlife is my favorite band.
Has been a fan ever since they launched their first album. They produce great
songs which are nice and catchy. Most importantly, the guys are cute too!! I
also got to admire five smart guys at one time. I started collecting since their
first album. Really hope they will launch their future albums in a
shorter time to spare me from waiting. Now that I have their greatest
hits, lets wait for the next new album. It should be out pretty soon around end
of the year.
A new year has come.. year 2004.. and I have gotten myself the latest Westlife album too.. along with the little glowy bear.
Sephiroth is my favourite
character in FF7. He is a non playable character because he is the enemy that
the hero Cloud is after.
He is incredible in the
game. He wields a long sword which he uses with ease and accuracy. The only time
that you can ever control him in battle is during Cloud's flash back about
Nibelhiem. Sephiroth is obsess about being one with the planet. Such a cool
guy... pity he isn't the hero. Maybe he's there to make the hero Cloud look less
macho... haha... ![]()

Above is a picture of Squall. To the left is Squall with Rinoa from the dancing scene in Balamb Garden during his SeeD graduation.
FF8
has many likeable characters, but my favorite are Squall Leonhart and Rinoa's
dog, Angelo. Squall is the best looking character in the game apart from Laguna.
He is the unwilling hero of the game and the leader of the party of 5 which
comprises Zell, Selphie, Quistis, Rinoa and Irvine. each of them have their
own traits and specialty when in battle. But Squall is the strongest fighter. He
can only fight as magic casting is never his forte.
His ability to inflict great damage to
the enemy increases as his level increases. He is by far the most useful
character other Zell and Selphie. In the game, he portrays a silent and
cold image but as the game progress, he opens up to his comrades (friends). He
is cool and unique in his own way especially the scar on his face, courtesy of
Seifer, his arch-enemy.
Angelo
is Rinoa's pet dog. He is an adorable dog who is incredibly talented. He comes
out when Rinoa unleashes her limit break - Combine. Angelo possesses many skills
which can either inflict great damage to the enemy or cast protective spells and
recover items for the party during battle.

Fav FF9 Character

Vivi is seen here with his friends Zidane and Steiner who is holding Princess Garnet in his arms.
My favorite ff9 character Vivi Orunitia. He is a little black mage who is just 9 years old. His ability to cast powerful black magic and inflict status effect to the enemies make him useful during battle.
'How do you prove that you exist? Maybe we don't exist...' - Vivi
That's' a pretty amusing quote but because he is
a black mage thus he is different from
others
causing him to think that he doesn't belong in this world. In the game he had to
go through major identity crisis and is often very depressed. Fortunately for
him, there is always his group of friends to cheer him up and towards the end of
the game, he finally began to develop a positive outlook to life. Its very
important to be optimistic because you feel happier and things will get better
faster. Well perhaps everyone should learn from Vivi to be brave and strong and
overcome whatever problems that come in our way. So way to go Vivi !!!
At
the tender age of nine, Vivi is suffering from an existential crisis. His past
remains a mystery and he struggles to make sense of the world around him.
As an integral member of the party, he gains confidence in the knowledge that
his new friends are there to help him overcome his pre-pubescent crisis.
Vivi carries staves into battle, but these have very low physical attack
properties. His strengths lie in his special abilities, Black Magic and Focus.
The essence of Black Magic is to destroy or attack and Vivi learns the majority
of his spells from the wooden staves which can be found or purchased as the game
progresses. His Focus ability should be used during his first few turns in
battle as it can lead to a twofold increase in magic damage. When in Trance, he
can cast his black magic twice in one turn.

My favorite ffx character is none other than the coolest and the bravest guardian of all - AURON. He was the guardian of Yuna's father, High Summoner Braska. He was killed by Yunalesca while trying to avenge for Braska and Jecht after they died trying to defeat sin. That made him an unsent in the game. He is the best character to use right from the start of the game as his great sword could banish any enemies that come in the way with ease. Its a pity that he was sent off to the Farplane at the end of the game. He is the wisest character in the game, always giving valuable advices. His part in the story is very important, and his past is told so well, makes him the most dynamic character in the entire game. He is a man who suffered a great loss, and became a Ronin as a result of that. He carries his arm as a sign of disgrace of his failure in the past, and has a gash across his cheek, eye, and up towards his forehead. The true nature and ties between him, Tidus, and Yuna are revealed later on in the game.
Auron
Age: 35
Height: 6'
Gender: Male
Overdrive: Bushido
Weapon: Blades
Ultimate Weapon: Masamune
Birthplace: Unknown

Pooh is a fat, silly little yellow bear
who belongs to a boy named Christopher Robins. He is loves hunny and because
of that, he is often being chased by bees. Sometimes when he runs out of
hunny, he will go to Rabbit's house to ask for hunny and after eating too
much, he gets himself stuck at Rabbit's door. Pooh's best friend is Piglet.

The Lord Of The Rings
The latest movie that I watched is LOTR - The Two Towers. It is a very nice show and the sequel to LOTR - The Fellowship of the Rings. Really can't wait to see the final sequel LOTR - Return of the King which will be release on December 2003.
"One ring to rule them all, One ring to find them. One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them."
The Fellowship of the Ring
The young Hobbit Frodo Baggins inherits a ring; but this ring is no mere trinket. It is the One Ring, an instrument of absolute power that could allow Sauron, the dark Lord of Mordor, to rule Middle-earth and enslave its peoples. Frodo, together with a Fellowship that includes his loyal Hobbit friends, Humans, a Wizard, a Dwarf and an Elf, must take the One Ring across Middle-earth to Mount Doom, where it first was forged, and destroy it forever. Such a journey means venturing deep into territory manned by Sauron, where he is amassing his army of Orcs. And it is not only external evils that the Fellowship must combat, but also internal dissension and the corrupting influence of the One Ring itself. The course of future history is entwined with the fate of the Fellowship.
The Two Towers
The Lord of the Rings: The
Two Towers begins in the hills of Emyn Muil, where lost Hobbits Frodo (Elijah
Wood) and Sam (Sean Astin) discover they are being followed by the mysterious
Gollum (Andy Serkis). A mercurial creature who has himself been warped by the
Ring, Gollum promises to guide the Hobbits to the Black Gates of Mordor if they
will release him. Sam does not trust their new companion, but Frodo takes pity
on Gollum, who like himself was once a Ringbearer.

Across Middle-earth Aragorn (Viggo Mortensen), the Elf archer Legolas (Orlando
Bloom) and Gimli the Dwarf (John Rhys-Davies) encounter the besieged Rohan
kingdom, whose once great King Theoden (Bernard Hill) has fallen under
Saruman’s deadly spell through the manipulations of his spy, the sinister
Wormtongue (Brad Dourif). Eowyn (Miranda Otto), the niece to the King,
recognizes a leader in the Human warrior Aragorn. And though he finds himself
drawn to her, Aragorn is constantly reminded of his enduring love for the Elf
Arwen (Liv Tyler) and the pact they made together.
Gandalf (Ian McKellen) has
been reborn as Gandalf the White following his cataclysmic fight with the Balrog,
and reminds Aragorn of his destiny to unite the Rohan people with the last
remaining stronghold of Human resistance – Gondor.

In their parallel journeys, the Fellowship will face unimaginable armies and
deception while also witnessing ancient wonders and the untapped strength of
their people. Together they must stand against the powerful forces spreading
from the Two Towers – Orthanc Tower in Isengard, where the corrupted wizard
Saruman has bred a lethal army 10,000 strong; and Sauron’s fortress at
Barad-dûr, deep within the dark lands of Mordor.
Legolas (Orlando Bloom) - LOTR

My favourite character is Legolas. He represents the elves in the Fellowship charged to see about the destruction of the Ring of Power. From the forest of Mirkwood, Legolas lends his expert ability with the bow and arrow and his keen senses of sight, hearing and smell and superhuman strength, to protect Frodo. He has exceptional grace and agility.
He first caught my attention in The Fellowship of the Rings when he is always so clean and neat. Then again, Elves are know for their grace and beauty. So he doesn't get dirty unlike the other characters where their hair and clothes get messed up. Also he never misses his targets when he shoots his arrows which are amazing as they never seem to get used up. He is also great with swords. He displayed his precision in bow and blade in the war at Helms' Deep in The Two Towers.
The
music on this page is from FF8 called Waltz By The Moon. Its the music played
during the Squall and Rinoa dancing scene. My mistress like FF8 a lot so she put
this as her background music. Hope you'll like it.
