All publicly released scripts (ones in the JavaScript or POD (Plain Old Documentation) areas can be used, without payment. Scripts in final release form may be copied and stored at other locations on the Internet, but always leave some indication of the original source and documentation page. This not only will help you by keeping track of where to find updates, bug reports, etc., but also is necessary to avoid plaigarism.

If you do find plaigarized scripts of mine, claiming to be written by someone else, or that do not include the proper credit line (included with the scripts), please report these violations. Of course you can also use excerpts from the documentation pages, other scripts, or HTML tidbits from my websites. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee on anything; use at your own risk.
Photographs at my website may not be copied! If you want information on them use the feedback method available in the photo galleries. The original intent of this website (believe it or not) was targeted toward photography. I guess I got so carried away with making the website that I lost my focus. Check at camerareview.com for camera and equipment reviews, or other photo sites. I recommend Adorama and B & H Photo - Video, both of which I have used with satisfaction.
Most scripts will have a credit line contained in them. Use the one specified with that script, or use one of the following. Always specify the original document's URI if possible.

One of the hardest parts of publishing free software is documentation -- writing a decent example script can especially take away from my time. If you use any of my stuff, and have a neat, well-documented application that would be a good usage example, you are welcome to send it to me for possible inclusion in the POD documentation.
Merely submitting something for review does not take away your rights. However, if your item IS included in the the free stuff at this website (by your permission only of course), you are effectively giving your work away.
