...If you happened on this page just by accident or curiosity,I was the owner of 2 adjacent or contiguous parcels,remaining of acreage property and 3 buildings on same,in the Timmins, Northern Ontario area of Canada.Click on the MAP link ,below, to see the colour schemes I use for the two remaining adjacent parcels.ONLY a 10.6 acre parcel,is remaining now on the North side of the highway( Sun all day!) and with 200-300 Great feet of highway frontage and about 30 feet of frontage on the river
Most of the acreages which this page is about,were sold ,including the buildings and contents which was the one, I was putting the finishing touches to, the RETREAT/Cabin/House .I lived there since 2001 but it is now sold, leaving a beautiful 10.6 acre LOT... There are only two seasonal neighbours,about a quarter of a mile away.

The MIDDLE Left picture is that of a BEAR walking North on my private road towards the highway, photographed one late Spring morning,near the front of the entrance to my cabin/house.The BOTTOM left picture is that of a MOOSE licking salt across from the entrance to the property just as I had returnd from shopping in town.That same day another Mother BEAR and 3 cubs (much younger) passed by also. I have on several occasions also been within 100 feet of LYNX and WOLVES,but didn't have a camera,at the time.I don't deliberately look for wildlife to photograph...I should but I don't!
The MAP,(See MAP Link below) shows "Denton Township" (the WEST end of Timmins) and the ACREAGE parcels in GREEN,BROWN,RED & BLUE.
ONLY the North 10.6 acre portion of the RED parcel is still available.The Black parcel is where the Cabin/House is,in addition to two other buildings.Take notice of the LAKE (Carlton Lake) at the TOP RIGHT corner of the GREEN property!That is only about 300 feet from the 10.6 acre portion
This complete area is well known for its Gold Mining, Hunting,FISHING,CAMPING,but not quite as well known, yet,for its EXCITING Snow-Mobiling,Biking and Hiking trails and fabulous Skiing and Swimming,which means,NO CROWDS!Virtually EVERY Winter and Summer activity one can think of...

To sum up,what distinguishes my property from others is as follows:It has TROUT River frontage and HIGHWAY frontage.It is WITHIN CITY limits.It is just "around the corner" from a Provincial park,giving it future COMMERCIAL value.The lake and river waters are drinkable.There is NO SARS,NO MAD COW,NO WEST NILE,NO MONKEY POX and NO POLLUTION and it is moose habitat!!
