Paddling on the river is not without risks. Eagle’s Nest Outfitters takes every precaution
to ensure your safety; however, we assume no responsibility for your personal safety or loss of personal
property.
You will be required to sign a liability release form to participate on any trip. Anyone under age 18
will need parental supervision and a liability release form signed by their parents or guardian adult.
Requirements are that you must be at least six years of age, in good physical condition and able to swim.
