RESERVATIONS
EAGLES NEST OUTFITTERS
Reservations can be made by phone, using your credit card, VISA or Master Card are accepted.
Last minute reservations can be made by calling, because we sometimes have unrented canoes. We will
hold your reservation with a $30 per canoe deposit. Your reservation will be confirmed only when your
deposit is received. Your deposit will be refunded in full if, for any reason, Eagle’s Nest Outfitters
cancels a trip; and we will notify you by phone if possible. You may elect to switch your reservation
to another date at your discretion.
Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your trip with less than one week’s notice, however, a
credit, good for the remainder of the season will be issued. River trips run rain or shine. We reserve
the right to switch trips to another section of the river, if river conditions dictate.
A list of local accommodations is available upon request. Some local restaurants and motels are giving a

Your Responsibilities
West Virginia Whitewater Responsibilities Act (WV Code 20-3B-1) prohibits use of any alcohol or illegal
drugs before or during the trip. It also prohibits harmful or negligent conduct or interference to the
safety of others. The law requires each participant to disclose any know health problems or medical
disability or prescribed medicines. Participants must inform Eagle’s Nest Outfitters of any personal
injury or illness on the trip.

Liability
Paddling on the river is not without risks. Eagle’s Nest Outfitters takes every precaution to ensure
your safety; however, we assume no responsibility for your personal safety or loss of personal property.
You will be required to sign a liability release form to participate on any trip. Anyone under age 18
will need parental supervision and a liability release form signed by their parents or guardian adult.
Requirements are that you must be at least six years of age, in good physical condition and able to swim.
