Class Information:

The Web Design class is offered as an elective to students who are in 10-12th grades.  It is a 9-week course in basic HTML design. Students must first prepare a proposal to the teacher, and receive approval before beginning actual design and code. Students learn the basics of HTML coding, as well as how to evaluate a web site, adding sound to web pages, and where to go if they want additional instruction in advanced HTML.

The class is taught by Debra Mills, a student teacher in the Eastern OR CUESTE Teacher Prep Program, located on the COCC campus. Ms. Mills is a professional web designer turned educator. She will receive her Initial Teaching license in the summer of 2002.

For questions, contact Ms. Mills through email.
