Lonliness
He's there when I eat
He's there when I cheat
He will not leave
For I keep bringing him back
We walk the stale night streets together
And he is always there
He is never seen
He's only in my mind
Lurking every moment
Treating me unkind
Everyone knows he's there
They see him in my eyes
They can not touch or feel him
He comes out in my lies
"I'm happy, it's good to be single again"
These lies, they are all around
They are my security
They are my shelter
It is my best friend
It is my shelter
