As Long As We Both Shall Live
As Long As We Both Shall Live
I could dance all night with you
The music in our silence, beats a rhythm only our love can possibly hear
In your starlit eyes, lyes an imperishable anticipation for the moment that our lips touch.
You nor I dare to speak, as we gently sway.
A tear of joy rolls down your cheek, as you raise your breath to say.
Silence, I can't help but smile as you ease on the band.
Our dance is broken, I kneel and ask you for your hand
The stars seem a little closer now, you truly are a gift
And now we dance together, as long as we both shall live.
