If we do not search for the answer to this question, who will? You? The Government? I don't think so. We have to assume, based upon scientific research, that when we die we simply cease to exist. Is that something that you want to look forward to? Consider this, our history is full of instances where single individuals: Copernicus, Galileo, Nietzsche, Einstein and many more, with no financial backing, but plenty of ridicule, had to search for answers to questions that many didn't want to hear. Then, after they are found to be the genius-level thinkers they are, who were simply ahead of their times, they are put on pedestals.
I am not stating that there are ghosts, I am not stating that there are no ghosts. What I am saying is that there seems to be something going on, and I, for one, intend on checking into it. Did you know that all cultures share in the belief in ghosts? Think about that for a second. There are very few things in this world that all cultures share, most things that we all share are more out of need rather than belief. You can not really say that this belief is simply a superstition that is shared, because we all have many superstitions, yet none of those are shared by all cultures.
First, let me explain that by "Haunting" I'm talking about a repeater. This is the kind of ghost that simply performs the same action over and over never allowing for input or output. Right now I think the hypothesis that I agree with most is the Energy Impression Hypothesis. I agree with this mostly because it is a writing worked on by Gilman, our equipment specialist, and I (Josh).
