Our Direct Shipment Promise
Our first concern when transporting your horse(s) is the horse(s) health and welfare. We try to minimize your horse(s) time on the trailer. Our Direct Shipment Promise is just what is says. We do not go out of the way or ricochet from state to state with your horse on the trailer to make extra money. We only pick up or deliver another horse if is in the direct route of your horse(s) trip.
Guaranteed Pick-Up and Delivery Dates
We like to set our schedule to cater to our clients needs. Although, we do guarantee pick-up and delivery dates, we cannot guarantee times. We try to give each client an approximate times for pick-up and deliveries and stick to it. But our clients need to take in consideration that we stop often for short breaks of 20-30 minutes at each fueling for checks and water breaks. Then we stop for lunch and dinner depending on length of haul for a minimum of one (1) hour.
